Long Term Stay in the country Not for Sissies

Had a great stay with Bart! Great guy, I’d strongly suggest spending some time with him, and take part in some of his side work. I went to several festivals with him selling flavored ice, awesome to experience the different cultures, from a Mennonite rodeo, to a tilapia festival in creole country, couple La Ruda Maya events! Great eggs, something about the frying pan, but boy were they good. Nothing special about the rental, simple, but very entertaining watching the wildlife, and chickens on the back deck, watch your roommates fly out of the eaves, and comeback in the morning! Take buddy for a walk every morning, but watch Rexy, he’ll try and give you a smooch! I loved my stay there, and would definitely do it again, but you gotta be an outdoor camping type! You’re not at the Hilton! Barb was in the states, so I didn’t personally see her long, but she always returns text, and checks in on you regularly. Quiet, and comfortable for my type of person! Enjoy, and relax!!

Great location. Close to the airport and great local food and gas stations. Kelsey who was on location was very helpful. Provided us with information about the property and even ordered food to be delivered for us. Great stay and a definite recommendation.

From the very first day I arrived accessing the property was a ‘breeze’. Slide the gate and drove in. The Host had earlier sent me a code to key in to enter the house. My first impression upon entering was ‘wow’ this is exactly what I needed to have a nice comfortable stay. Shortly after my arrival Mellisa who is the host knocked on the door and introduced herself with a warm welcome. She offered to assist in any way she can with whatever I need, just tap on her door which is the next unit. Everything was at my disposal to make a meal, all I had to do was to purchase whatever you wish to cook. A coffee machine was available and coffee was also there to make your brew. A water cooler with hot and cold water was super convenient to quench your thirst on if you desire a cup of tea. I arrived on a Friday and my daughter on the following Wednesday and we stayed for another three nights and left Saturday morning. I really enjoyed my stay there. Great Host and great place.

Great location in orange walk. Close to grocery and various eateries plus right by the town square with great food stands and breakfast tacos. Place was as described. The AC was good which was key in hot weather. Kitchen well equipped. Couch was super comfortable. Bed was a bit firm for my personal taste but the overall value for money was really solid esp since there aren’t very many options in Orange Walk. Host was super responsive. Felt right at home

Our home is still under construction so you will notice a few things that are not quite perfect. However its still quite ready to host you as it's quite cozy, comfortable, and has all amenities. It's in a safe neighborhood where you can go for walks or sit outside and enjoy a beautiful sunset or sunrise. You can also enjoy a view of the Caribbean sea.

Naz's apartment is the perfect place to stop in Orange Walk and visit Lamanai and this quiet city. It's bigger than it looks in the photos and has everything you need for a good stay: comfortable bed, AC, wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, good shower with hot water 24 hours, enough space to store luggage, natural light... and everything is impeccably clean, new and well maintained. The location couldn't be better, it's right next to Central Park. In addition, Naz is a lovely host who has been very attentive to us. A highly recommended place, and if we return to Orange Walk we will definitely repeat!!!

Best place to stay in OW!!! I've stayed a few times in the past and have always had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Great little place to stay next to the airport. Perfect for 1 night to stay before our flight. No touristy things to do in the area but got good food and wifi at the home was great. The apartment was super clean. Kelsey was on site and drove us to get dinner one night and to the nearby brewery and to the airport for our flight home. She was so nice and accommodating!
