A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Lynda's and Gary's house is a great place to stay in Auckland. The surroundings are beautiful and nature is everywhere. A peaceful environment not too far away from the city center that can easily be reached by bus. Other facilities are close to their place too. The house is clean, well-organised and cosy. Lynda and Gary a both very kind and helpful persons. I was lucky to meet them and their place will always feel like home to me. Thank you so much for everything :)

We highly rate Fay's place. Fay was friendly and informative while still giving us lots of space. Extra provisions were thoughtfully provided for breakfast and in our washroom. We were warm and cosy with plenty of bedding and a heatpump in our room. Everything was clean and the walls looked freshly painted. Our stay was very good value for money .Thanks Fay

Great little spot walking distance to New Market, The Auckland Domain, & Parnell. short car ride to the CBD and all the bay beaches. 5 min drive to the Motorway. The room is tiny, but clean, bright and comfy. Ample space for my 2 suitcases and 1 carry on. Storage available under the bed and in a small Closet. The kitchenette is adorable and Andrea (the perfect host) had provided Hot Cross Buns, bttr, mlk & instnt coffee. Microwave, toaster available & u can store food in fridge with sm freezer compartment. I asked if they had ice but her ice tray had broken, & the next day came hme to new ice trays @ my door <3. Howeva that day freezer defrosted & I found the original ice tray lol. The bed is comfy & there r plenty options on TV. TV is above the bed, so I actually moved the pillows & slept @ the foot of the bed bcoz that's my jam to sleep. Traffic noise was minimal, but can hear foot steps clearly above. No issue if you're up & about early. Go explore AKL!!!

It was lovely meeting Judy, and my parents really enjoyed staying at her house—her warmth made their stay even better. The place was clean and cozy, and they loved the decorations and the location, right next to One Tree Hill, which was perfect for their morning walks.
