The house has 2 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, and the living room can accommodate 2 more people. We were received a very friendly and warm welcome from the owner Mirela. She was always available throughout. Check-in and check-out worked smoothly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very nice welcome snack and lots of tips on events, restaurants, shopping and beaches (dog beaches) in the area. The house is well equipped, very clean and well maintained. We didn't miss anything. It has very fast Internet connection. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Particularly nice are the 2 covered terraces, where you can sit comfortably outside. The property is very quiet and the last house on the street. Thus, you can walk with the dog directly in the woods. The property is fully fenced, so we could also let our dog run free on the property.

Our stay at the Arton Villa was very nice and pleasant. Communication with Martina/Seadin was very good, it was immediately and politely responded to messages. The villa itself was clean and nicely decorated (has everything you need). In addition, you have a very nice pool with a great view of nature. A successful stay, can only recommend it.

A spacious dining area is highlighted by a large wooden table surrounded by ten wooden chairs. Exposed wooden beams adorn the ceiling. Natural light filters in through large windows, creating an airy ambiance. A simple decorative plant sits at the center of the table.

We had a great week in this nicely renovated and cosy house with a nice living room and great garden with pool. It is located right between several nice cities like Rovinji, Porec and Pula and close to many nice beaches. It is a place where you feel a home straight away.

The occasion of our trip was a vacation/gift for and with our parents. We were looking for a house that could be comfortable and beautiful especially for them and our little dogs. We were 7 adults and 4 small and medium-sized dogs. What can I say... A cozy home in every sense, from the spaces to the cleanliness, accessories and comforts. Furnished with a lot of taste and style. I believe most of the paintings were the work of the owner. Top appliances! Clean and heated pool. Coming home every day made us feel comfortable. Anneli has always been very responsive and communication fast and effective. Sara and her husband, who welcomed us on arrival, nice and welcoming people, we are sorry that it was not so for the Istrian Croats we met who proved to be quite hostile and unfriendly, not all fortunately! The house is in a convenient location to visit the whole of Istria, nearby highway. Highly recommended, thanks Anneli from all of us
