We were very satisfied with the contact with Markus. Ms. Ljuba handed over the very clean apartment to us on site, which fully corresponded to the pictures. Overall, we liked it very much and we can recommend the apartment without reservation.

The apartment is very clean and in new condition. The kitchen is fully furnished and sparkling clean: the beds are very good. There are significantly more sheets and towels than we needed. Private sun loungers are available by the pool and the pool is very clean, not visible from the outside and quiet. Communication with the landlord was very easy and always available at short notice. Thank you for the pleasant holidays in your apartment - we can fully recommend this location.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were very well looked after. The apartment has everything you need. Novigrad is the ideal starting point for excursions in the area and has many good restaurants and bars. Everything is GREAT! Thanks

orange apartment - dreamy vacation The decision for the "orange apartment" vs. hotel was just right despite the self-catering! Why: The apartment is located in a fairly new settlement, partly with a guarded section. Everything you need is there in the property. From the stove+oven to coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, very large fridge+freezer… From the couch to kitchen to the two bedrooms, everything is upscale and very neatly decorated. The bathroom is also very clean and maintained. We immediately felt at home, more than any other listings so far. Simply beautiful!!! The real highlight is of course the private pool. Our concerns in advance were the location of the pool directly down the street… but were not warranted and we never felt disturbed or observed. The communication was great. We wish Marta, with the further rental of decent tenants who appreciate the accommodation...

Our host Koraljka was amazing. She went out of her way for everything we asked. Apartment was beautiful and exactly like in photos. Two minutes from the path along sea. Highly recommended.

Goran and his family were very friendly and attentive during our stay, they made our stay easier and provided us with a license plate to be able to enter the resort in the area of the house. It also made it easy for us to check in and out.

Well furnished and very clean apartment. Cozy and equipped with all the necessary equipment. We stayed in two couples and the second bathroom was a plus. Manager Ivan was kind and very helpful!

We (3 adults, one child) felt very comfortable in the great apartment! It is a very good base for many excursions along the coast and is very well located. The apartment itself is very nice, there is ample space and everything was to our complete satisfaction. The contact with Iris or her mother was always very straightforward, very helpful and pleasant! We would love to come back!!

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

We were two couples in the apartment of "Adriagate". The contact with the hosts was very good in advance, she contacted us by phone and we were able to organize the check-in flexibly despite traffic jams at the border. We arrived around noon, were able to park our car right in front of the apartment for free in the driveway and were warmly welcomed. We quickly clarified all the formalities and have been educated about COVID. - The hostess spoke very good German. - The apartment was perfect for us and beautifully decorated in detail. The room was large and practical, the kitchen functional, and the highlight, the terrace, has its own hot tub and grill. - Everything was very well finished and clean! The neighborhood was very quiet and thanks to the mosquito nets we were able to sleep with open windows, but there was also a high-quality air conditioning. - The apartment was perfectly located to the beach and within a 3-minute walk you were in the center of the small fishing village with many great restaurants. In the evening we strolled on the promenade. We provided ourselves in the nearby supermarket, due to the flexible parking in the courtyard entrance it was no problem to drive there for a few minutes with our car. - Excursions to Ronvinj and Umag took about 30 to 40 minutes, whereby we found a great hidden beach in Umag. Like all known, there are almost only pebble beaches in Croatia. On the beach near the apartment, this was solved by a jetty into the water, but swimming shoes are highly recommended. - Otherwise, we are impressed as very warm and polite as the hosts are, I myself was rarely in such a great apartment.

Our vacation with Marino and his family was perfect. We were able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. Marino and his family prepared a delicious dinner for us last night and we had a lovely evening with them. The pool was of course the highlight, especially for our kids. We will be happy to come back.

Great place a few minutes from the city centre and shops. The hot tub hits the spot.

We had a lovely time staying at Nataša's beautiful place. Nataša is a very accommodating and committed hostess who leaves nothing to be desired and has made some nice recommendations for restaurants and the like. The highlight of the stay was the hot tub in the garden, which unfortunately greatly enhanced the cool evenings due to the weather. Porec is only 10 minutes away. The only small flaw is that due to the direct proximity of the bedroom to the kitchen of the host apartment, it was not possible to sleep in on two mornings due to rather light-sounding walls. We'd love to come back and a clear recommendation!
