Vacation rentals with a sauna in Općina Ražanac

Wonderful place and great host! Welcome chalaruse from Bruna who introduced us to this fabulous place with a rooftop hot tub with a breathtaking view. The accommodation is very well located, close to restaurants and the old city, nothing to say about the location. I make a point of honor on the cleanliness of the space and linens that were provided to us. I would recommend this place without a second thought! Thanks again Bruna for a great stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

Absolutely amazing place! Probably the first AirBnB I stayed at that looked way better than in the photos and the photos were pretty good! We had a fantastic time and Monika was just lovely! Thanks for having us!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Mate and Martina’s apartment was IMMACULATE! Everything was high end and absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and the hot tub and sauna was a wonderful touch. It was only 5 euros to Uber to the Old Town and approximately a 30-40 minute walk. We were greeted when we arrived and even spoiled with some snacks and wine from our host which we felt was such a sweet and generous gesture. We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zadar!

This was a great place to stay with the family and enjoy sunsets from the balcony or rooftop!

Hello! The apartment is beautiful, clean and you really have everything in the kitchen. The hostess is likeable and very accommodating! We felt very comfortable and it was a relaxing holiday! The area is beautiful, we liked the Falkensteiner stand the best, also the steakhouse there was very good. Everything is wonderful. Kind regards, Cristina

Very nice place with amazing view over the sea and infinity pool. Everything you need is there, fully equipped house, jacuzzi, fitness stuff and even a sup.

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were a group of girls and had a really great stay. The villa had everything you need and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Contact with the host was straightforward and quick. We were completely satisfied and would come back.

Amazing place to stay in Zadar! Had all the amenities listed (Sauna, swimming pool ..). Host is very responsive and kind in answering question.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

hands down one if the nicest villas ive ever stayed in more than everything you need is there 5 minutes to the beach marin was quick on the response if there was anything i needed highly recommend and would 100 percent stay here again 10/10

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

This house was a great find. We weren’t familiar with the area as it was our first trip to Croatia, and we were lucky to end up in Vrsi and this home. The house was lovely. For being so new, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary amenities. I’m always so grateful when an airbnb has enough trash bags, toilet paper, coffee beans, etc. The outdoor space was certainly our favorite part. The swimming pool felt great and we used it every day. The trampoline, playset and toys all were very exciting to our toddler and were close enough to the pool space that we could all be in sight. The house was close to the small downtown of Vrsi. Technically walkable to grocery, a few decent restaurants, and a beach. We preferred the 10min drive to Ricina Beach and ate at El Capitano’s Beach Bar more than once. It took us 15min to drive to Nin and 45min to drive to Zadar old town, where we spent an afternoon/night at each for dinner. Our host, Kruno, was also fantastic.
