Absolutely perfect place for the city if you need an overnight place. The location on fort street made this apartment a dream to get into the city and back from a night out! Very quiet residence and the room itself spectacular. I am surprised city apartments come in that size! The room was very cozy laid out beautifully with all the ammenities easily accessible. The lounge space was perfect for my friends and I to play our board games all night without cramming all in one space! The clear details and instructions made it easy to get settled and to pack up the next day. Hiral was very responsive and even made sure we didn’t have any other needs when we checked in. Thank you for having us stay was a lovely flat with a lovely host!

Great place to stay. Close to bus stops and easy to get around without a car. Awesome hosts, even getting the place ready for earlier than expected check in. Highly recommended.

perfect location as walkable to everywhere in Ponsonby. we were in an apartment at the rear side of the property I.e. not facing Williamson Ave so it was super quiet. host was extremely responsive to messages and phone calls even at 3am when I couldnt find the correct door to get into the building (my mistake as I read the instructions wrong). place was super clean, and the bed so comfortable. If i had to pick on anything it would be that the bathroom tap needs tightening as its wobbly and there is no shelf in the shower so all your products are on the floor. my partner is over 6 foot tall and has a bad back so bending down to get his products was a nuisance. We would definitely stay again.

great little 1bedroom apartment. perfect for a 2 week stay with essential cooking and washing gear. close to restaurants. would definitely stay again if coming back to Auckland.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment has such nice little touches that made it feel very luxurious, there were also little welcome gifts and that added such a nice touch. The was a car park directly opposite the lift which goes straight up to the apartment which was very convenient, the instructions were clear and the area was super close to lots of restaurant options. The host was also very responsive and easy to contact. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place in Auckland cbd.

We had a lovely Easter break at Pauline’s Airbnb. Loved the location - quick to walk to local beaches & the village. Easy public transport to visit other spots on the island and to get to/ from the ferry. We appreciated the chocolate, breakfast cereals, and fresh OJ! Lovely outdoor area too.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and cosy and a very comfortable bed. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants in Mount Eden. Just to note if you have a lot of luggage (we did) there’s a number of steps down to the apartment to navigate. Would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Hosts were fantastic! Made it all very easy and were great to deal with. The apartment is very much a well equipped but basic Air BnB. Perfect as a functional place to stay in a great location. Was great for me needing a central spot with car park but probably not the best as a cute vacation home. Great place for a work traveler!

Booked this place for my partners Mum and it was such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, somewhere close to CBD but still enjoy the quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. Everything about the stay was just perfect and incredibly convenient with location, which made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. Lum was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference and added such a personal, caring touch to our experience. We’re already talking about coming back soon. Great stay, located centrally for the Viaduct and Britomart precincts. Parking is readily available after 6pm using Hobson and Wyndham Streets.

This is a great place to stay for one or two people. It is located at prime location with main markets at walkable distance. The bus and ferry stations are also walkable. Host Aneez is one of the best host I have met. He will receive you in person explaining all details making you feel at home. He is a very flexible host who cares deeply about guests. He allowed early checkin knowing that I was landing in morning after a 15hr flight. He also allowed flexibility in checkout All in all, it is a great place to stay and I will visit here again

Kerri was an incredible host. The kindest and most flexible I’ve ever worked with. She also gave me the greatest treat by allowing me to celebrate new years on the roof. Cannot recommend her more.

Well appointed apartment with central London vibe. Comfortable beds and great location, close to the Viaduct restaurants. We enjoyed the tennis court and rooftop pool. Superb communication and advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home with plenty to offer. The shower pressure is like spa level, melts your tiredness away. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is big enough to host a family dinner. The living room is homey with plenty of seating area. The bed however is on the soft side. The only thing I would see improving is returning the key card, it’s quite a hassle if you have a car, where you need the keycard to exit the garage parking then drive around the block back to the front lobby, have your partner to go all the way back up to 6th floor to drop the key card on the kitchen bench.
