Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was well-maintained, clean and cozy just like it's mentioned with a comfortable space. The host was very friendly and responsive and was flexible with my timings.

I stayed at Haitham’s apartment for just one night, and it was exactly what I needed — clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. You can tell the space is well looked after, and everything was ready when I arrived. Haitham was also very responsive and kind, which made the whole process easy from start to finish. Even though it was a short stay, it felt smooth and welcoming.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Great stay. The location is good, some restaurants and coffee shops around, also a supermarket. The apartment was clean, pictures are accurate. Yousif was friendly and gave great instructions on what to do. Check in and check out process were easy. There was not enough sunlight for our taste, but during the summer it would be perfect, not too hot.

I suggest Alharbi Mazaya apartment to all of my friends to have a nice experience in Muscat. The location was really excellent, and the prices are excellent. Thanks to the host Ms Bayan who was great at accommodating us, also special thanks to her brother Alhareth who was very helpful and very professional. Extremely recommend this place.

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!

We had a good time in the apartment, quiet neighbourhood and easy check in. The apartment was fully equipped (kitchen stuff, towels etc.) and clean. There is also a washing machine and a place to dry the laundry. Just one small thing - the address only leads you to the street but not exactly at the house.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Place looked even better in person! Me and my family had such a wonderful stay, the host was so kind and always responsive to our needs. The caretaker was also just a call away to assist us with anything we needed. Villa was maintained very well and no doubt we would be visiting super soon again!

The most stylish place you‘ll find in muscat. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The room has everything you‘ll need and the photos here doesn‘t do it any justice!
