The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy the sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore Österlen's beautiful surroundings. A place of total relaxation and lovely memories! Bed linens, (electric)bikes and tennis court can be rented.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. An oasis with stunning views over the sea and Stenshuvud. Here you can hike in surrounding nature reserves or bike 10 minutes to the kilometer-long beach. You live in the old stone meadows with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large living areas with your own cinema (projector and bio), wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own muster (Maglehem musteri) where we make must, apple wine and calvados.

Relax in your own charming little house in a picturesque yet central location right next to the nature reserve. Three minutes' walk to the bus in the direction of Kristianstad, Ystad or Simrisham. The highest waterfall in Skåne, Forsakar, is within easy reach, as well as a lake and a free swimming pool with a 50m pool. Supermarket only 400 meters away, 250 meters to the pizzeria and to the Thai fast food. About 12 km on the bike path to the sea with wonderful long sandy beaches.

Newly built light and airy eco house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft for two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. It has place for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom terry and a smaller pool range in the pantry. You will also receive freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.
