Vacation rentals with a sauna in Oléron

We had a great stay at Claude's place. He is a host who takes the time to welcome us and it's nice. Claude takes care of us, he found us a crib in record time. It was also very flexible for check-in and checkout time and when you have a toddler it's great. The residence is idyllic, quiet and very well located. A great playroom also for the kids. The pool may be a little old but well heated.

Well-equipped studio, just next to the pool, and quiet anyway. Communication a little minimal before the stay but everything went well. Comfortable for three people and above all very well located very close to the center of Saint Martin.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Our stay at Julie's place went very well. The exchanges were very clear. Julie is very responsive. We had asked for a checkout a little later which she accepted without problem because it was not rented after us. Too bad the pool was not open but it concerns the residence and not Julie. It now opens from July. Thanks again Julie!

Thanks to Alison for this apartment, we felt very good there. We spent a weekend in La Rochelle, close to all amenities, and the city. The property is conveniently located easy to access and secure for parking. A quiet and relaxing terrace, the same for the residence!

A very good welcome as soon as we arrive in this pleasant setting. The rental is close to shops and is in a quiet setting.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

We had a little trouble finding the place as we didn't understand that it was within the stone and vacation grounds. The residence is beautiful and the accommodation is as described. The cleanliness is impeccable. The pool with Sauna and hammam are very nice at the end of the day . The owners were flexible with our check-in time. Thanks to them . Only small downside, the poor insulation of the apartments , in an old building that meant that we were woken up every day very early by a very noisy family who lived above . That doesn't stop us from really enjoying our stay in this very well located and very well furnished apartment. The owners are responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Excellent week in Royan with top weather for the end of October. Recent residence, very well decorated apartment, where nothing is missing, very comfortable bedding and pretty terrace overlooking the pool. We loved the proximity to the beach of La Grande Conche and the city center. We were able to take great walks and leave the car in the parking lot.

We had a great stay at Muriel's apartment. Small clean and functional cocoon located in a quiet residence. Muriel is very pleasant and available. I would highly recommend a stay on Ile d 'Oléron.

We had a brilliant relaxing week at La Villa Douce. It was well located, close to the airport, shopping centre (5 minute drive) and to La Rochelle city centre (10 minute drive). The house was extremely well equipped and exactly as described. We loved the pool area and the well maintained gardens. Check in was really easy and welcoming and everything was explained clearly. Would highly recommend.

Very nice real estate property with a large intra muros garden in the city of ST MARTIN Host are very kind and communication is ideal Located in an enclosure so away from traffic which is very pleasant for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides as well as being the city with the FLEET that is the liveliest out of season in summary: perfect stay, time has stopped Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

Really enjoyed Christelle’s place. Stunning apartment and the sauna was a nice touch. Christelle was a great host and even sorted as out when we left the lights on the car overnight and flattened the battery. Area is quiet and not much nearby but was the perfect place for us as we explored the area. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location, the outside is really great with the possibility of eating in the shade under the trees. Very close to the beach.

L'Escale Rochelaise is a beautiful spot in a beautiful town. The secluded garden was a highlight for us, with plenty of shade, impressive agapanthus and hydrangeas and we were lucky enough to enjoy free fruit from the mirabelle tree! Rooms are huge and wonderfully furnished, everything worked perfectly, and the kitchen was really well equipped and stocked which made catering for a large group easy. The daily market was a short walk away, and Vanessa gave plenty of recommendations for places to eat and buy croissants etc. We enjoyed walking through the park to the beach most days, an easy bus trip to L'Ile de Re and shopping in St Nicolas. Vanessa was a responsive and thoughtful host. Thank you!

Warm house ideally located with all amenities as well as the beach. The pool and hot tub were welcome on hot days. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. The family had a lovely stay, thank you very much!
