I had my second stay at Eugenie's condo. As before, everything is excellent. The view is as good as it gets anywhere in Cebu or Lapu Lapu. View and apartment are better than anything I have experienced in Mactan Newtown. I was allowed to check out a few hours later because my plane departed late in the afternoon.

It was a dawn check-in, and they told me the room and the passcode the day before. Upon arrival, I was able to take a passport photo with the guard and enter right away. Responsiveness is quick and friendly It was nice to be able to use the swimming pool right next to the condo, and it was available at 8 am. I used Resort Dayuz, and it was so pretty, and I had fun eating pizza and playing in the water on the side with the pool bar rather than the main pool with the kind and friendly staff. I was very satisfied because the host was so kind and treated me well. I stopped by here for a while on my way to Sierre, and it's been seven years since I've been to Cebu, and I've been really, really satisfied with Airbnb. If I go back to Sebu next time, I think I'll definitely find this host again.

Whenever I go to Cebu to travel or work, I use Airbnb to stay at the Tambul resort residence. This Airbnb accommodation was one of the most expensive, but the view and interior facilities were the most perfect, so it was worth it.

TAMBULI is definitely an excellent place to stay while in Cebu. We had an amazingly beautiful & restful vacation.

Sir Johner’s place has good location since it’s near food park and other stores that you need. Very good place and excellent airconditioning. He is very responsive of all queries being sent and easy to communicate with. All in all, good place for a very affordable price. Nice location and a very responsive and helpful owner. Sir Johner even allowed me to have late checkout despite short notice. Thank you Sir Johner!

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

It's the first ever Airbnb in Mactan Newtown that I stayed that's cleaned and has hot shower, and it doesn't have funky smell like other units I stayed there. And they provide aerosol spray, to keep the surroundings smell good. Complete with shampoo and soaps. Downside is they don't have Netflix account if you want to just chill inside the room and wifi sometimes weak, but during our stay we're mostly out of the unit so it's okay, other than that it's all good.. Will be back there someday.

Randell was a great host. The flexible check out he gave us was very helpful. The unit was clean, conveniently located. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were super easy. The place had everything I needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. I asked for extra towels and they were provided right away. The host was very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. The location is great—just a short walk to Starbucks and a couple of supermarkets. It’s also a straight drive to the marina, which is perfect if you're visiting Cebu for diving. Highly recommend!

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

Juren’s place was very nice. Very comfortable bed, and linens. A great place to relax to. Outside was also breathtaking with lots of nature and fresh air. The staffs and guards were also very kind to us. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxing stay. Thanks again Juren! ❤️
