Mt Fuji View Walk to Lake Max5guests Cosy Hideaway

MonicaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I really loved my stay at Aya San’s! What a beautiful area. Every day I took a walk, biked the whole lake Kawaguchiko and toured the town. I even saw Mt. Fuji! You get a beautiful view of it from Aya San’s deck. It was absolutely phenomenal. We also went to Aokigahara forest and saw the wind and ice caves. The walk is easy with a clear and peaceful path. There is a Toy museum my friends went to while my partner and I biked all the way around the lake including a magical stop at Oishi Park, if you do take a ride around the lake I recommend stopping at the road side fruit stand and getting some delicious fruit and stopping at a winery if one is open :) they were closed for us but it was definitely on my list. I had the best time in Kawaguchiko and at Aya San’s place and I hope she will have me back in the future.

We loved our stay at Nami's place. It overlooked the forest and water, so we could enjoy nature from the room or the bathtub. Every space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, while still being tidy and free of clutter. Everything was clean, comfortable and done with attention to detail. There were even two bikes for our use. Nami was a friendly and helpful host who gave clear instructions and responded quickly to all communications. We would love to stay here again!

A very quiet area with some restaurants nearby. There is a bus every 10 minutes and you can walk up the hill (shortcut) to Gora (20 minutes), where the loop starts. The place is comfortable and clean. The host replied quickly to our questions. The only thing the are is missing is a proper supermarket (even in Hakone and Gora, we could only find small convenience stores). If you want fresh food or fruit for instance, bring it with you!

PrivateHouse with Dedicated DogRun, Near the Beach

HaruRating, 5 stars5 days ago
It was a lovely facility with a large garden where small children and two dogs can enjoy running around. It was very clean, the bath was large, and very comfortable! Due to this carelessness, the dog checked out without realizing that it was rough on the mattress, and we were contacted at a later date. There was an additional cleaning fee, but I think it would be better to check and check out after checking out so as not to inconvenience the landlord.

restaurant directly managed detached house/sauna

CarmenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The host of the homestay is very welcoming, we are already waiting at the door, the homestay wife can communicate in English, the place is very clean and very comfortable, we stayed two nights, the first night in the garden bbq, the environment is super good, the environment is very good, but there is a tab that can block insects to fly in, it makes me feel at peace, all the barbecue tools are whole, very clean, we enjoyed this bbq evening, in the morning in the bbq location can look out to Fuji, the second night to the homestay's restaurant dinner, is to make an appointment in advance, the restaurant is right next to the homestay, is to use the fresh ingredients of the day to decide the menu, it is really delicious. The point is, the bathroom and sauna are really good, we love each one. All the amenities of the B&B are fully equipped and clean. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in, and I will definitely be back again!

The surrounding area was well-equipped with multiple supermarkets. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The response was also quick and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the futon was thin. The bed was comfortable, so I think it's fine for those who don't use futons.

We had a perfect stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything you would need. This was the first listing I think I could actually live. We visited 3 nights with my wife and 1,5 year old daughter. Plenty to do in the area, either closeby or an hour driving away. The host was super kind, very quick to respond on any questions we had and gave tips during our stay. Absolutely recommend this place.

5-minute walk from Gekkoji Station/12-minute walk from Chureito Pagoda/Japanese modern inn with an old house revitalized

Rating, 5 stars4 days ago
Staying here completely exceeded all my expectations. When booking, the host Shoko will ask about your personal situation, itinerary, interests and preferences. On the day of check-in, he waited in front of the house in person, patiently explained the use of every item in the house, and thoughtfully provided local specialty desserts and pastries as a welcome gift. Then, every day during the stay, he would take the initiative to greet us, ask if we needed help, try his best to solve every problem, and send us snacks at night. The weather was bad and it was raining on the day of check-out. Shoko waited early and asked her husband to drive us to the station. Finally, she gave us delicious dorayaki as a farewell gift. Then you can see Shoko's attention to detail everywhere in the house. It's clean, fully equipped, with extra coffee and tea bags, etc. This is the best experience I have had in all my years of traveling. Next time I come to Fuji, or my friends come to Fuji, I will definitely recommend it 100%!

(Building B) [Entire building] Private space at the foot of Mt. Fuji, 24.10 linear meters

NeelRating, 5 starstoday
Me and my friends really liked the place. It was very quiet and peaceful. Just near the mountains. It also had a good place to sit and relax with your friends and talk in the back. It was just like a traditional Japanese house. And extremely clean. Host was very responsive. The stay was very peaceful. The only small complaint is that there was no grocery store nearby. We had to walk like 700-800 meters but that was understandable trade for the peace and quiet. Highly recommended 5🌟
