Bright & Modern apartment w/ Elevator & A/C is located in very genuine Lisbon neighbourhood of Arroios. Very central and only 5 min by metro from Baixa (Lisbon downtown). You will have good restaurants and coffee shops with good price and with a lot of Portuguese residents because, although very central, this is residencial area of Lisbon. You will feel like local! The flat is very well equipped, including big flat TV and many kitchen appliances. We hope you enjoy!

The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
