A peaceful studio, with cosy woodfire on a bushy acre, down a quiet lane, close to Ocean Grove beach, village and Nature Reserve. A low eco-impact getaway: all electric, solar powered, ethical firewood etc. Spaciously well designed, with a welcoming vibe, offering: a full kitchen, breakfast, private garden, split system aircon, smart TV, Wifi and bikes.

Spao Beach House is a family friendly beach house located in Trevally Drive, Ocean Grove. It's within walking distance to the beach, sports centre and shops. It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. It is a great place to chill.

Easy walk to beach, cafe & hotel.

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. We have solar power and CANNOT charge EVs. So please do not book, thanks!
