Excellent choice! The photo does not do the house justice, very beautiful and very clean. It has a beautiful patio where you can see the sea, it has an entrance to the backyard that looks like a fairytale. Everything works, Yadira is flexible and a very good host.

Staying at Eliazar and Gloria’s house is so very special to me. This is my second time around with them and that’s why I booked it. If you want a true Mexican stay, this is the place. They are both so kind and friendly, I consider them my family. As far as the location, it can’t be beat. You can walk everywhere, Carazalillo beach is right around the corner, I like to frequent Manzillilo beach because you can swim there and is a short walk of ten minutes. There is a tienda one block away where you can buy groceries and you can also walk to the Chedraui from the apartment and walk to el centro where there is a lot of stores and restaurants. The apartment is located right in the center of Rinconada where you can walk the strip of restaurants, stores to buy clothing, get your hair done, pharmacies and fresh produce markets. The porch is great, outdoor living with hammock to relax and read. I highly recommend this place.

Both the accommodation and the service of the hosts is impeccable, not to mention the location, which is a few steps away from the beach. Complicated issues that are beyond the host's control, such as a power outage due to a storm, were resolved. We'll definitely be back!

Everything is excellent, we love our stay. The staff attention was excellent and Luis was always on the lookout. Luxury food with Costa Culinaria we charm. We felt very safe and the location of the beach is very comfortable with few people.

Me and my family really enjoyed our short stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for our big group! Ruth was very welcoming and helpful during the check in process. Would definitely love to come back!

Oliviero’s home was beautiful! It was right on the beach and you can literally watch the waves from your bed. The pool is the perfect size and the open concept was great. Definitely hoping to go back!

Pleasant stay. Ana Laura is an excellent host, always attentive to everything and with a lot of initiative and patience. The property is a bit neglected but overall it was a good experience.

Location was great for us; quiet, in walking distance to different beaches and restaurants. The on-site manager and residents were helpful and very friendly. A special shoutout to the gardener who was so kind and wonderful to speak with.

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

Very relaxing house with easy access to the beach. The pool is amazing and we were able to fully relax during our stay. I will return here in the future. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Margarita's house has great architecture for a vacation home, modern and refined. Everything is fine, don't change anything!

It's a really cozy space!!! We had a great time at Martha's place!!! The space was very clean, the bed was super comfortable! The place is unbeatable. You can go in minutes walking to the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Escondido and everything is very close!!!

Amazing stay! I can’t wait to come back—this place is a little paradise. It’s right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars, yet still very quiet and peaceful. The AC is a huge plus, and the internet worked perfectly, which was essential for me since I work remotely and start very early, when nothing else is open. I definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in the Garden Suite. The location is perfect. It’s situated between Playa Principal and Playa Manzanillo, which is my favorite beach. There are stairs down to either beach, but it’s worth the effort. The on-site restaurant with their swimming pool is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The bed in Garden Suite is big and firm. The kitchen was a great place to cook and is screened-in so you can open doors and get a really lovely breeze throughout. Sibylle was a wonderful and attentive host with fantastic suggestions on what to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with stunning views and creative decor. Very well furnished with all you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with nice cookware and dishes. It was quite hot in the living area but that's how the coast is. Unfortunately the sea was too rough to really swim below the house during our stay and we also got sick, but the house was a soothing place to recover; Liz was helpful with recommendations and her helper, Mari made "ponche" for us. Would stay again if we ever return to San Agustinillo!

It is a very quiet and private place with an amazing view! It is better than the pictures. We had to take a taxi to get to the village, but the bungalow is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, it has two tables on the balcony and chairs to rest while watching the sea. We went down to the beach, we walked 10-15 minutes. The pool was under maintenance, however we were told in advance.

Eva was very welcoming and proactive with providing all necessary help. Cesar and Jesus, the local guys helping in managing the check ins, are also very helpful and friendly - helped with arranging scooters and surfboards (best price in the area). The location of the house is great - you just wake up facing the beach with walking distance to Zicatela surf peak.

The apartment is clean, functional and well located by the beach and restaurants. Dan is a superb host who truly looks after you. He also runs an excellent restaurant Danny’s Terrace, next door. The one drawback, which takes some getting used to, is noise. The street traffic and nearby bars can be very noisy at times. You might want to bring a set of earplugs for sleeping. I have adapted and will certainly be back. Overall we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
