Juan Pablo's place is beautiful, with very spacious, clean and comfortable spaces. We loved seeing that they had antibacterial gel in the rooms as well as claw water, miscellaneous utensils, 2 kitchens, and a work area. It would have been desirable for the pool to have a heater, because in December it was cold and the water was freezing, also the WiFi of the house was very degraded, we noticed who we were doing Home Office. Otherwise, it is a very good place, it is very well located, in addition to it having an incredible landscape that you can contemplate from the main bedrooms. Waking up and seeing the mountain is very pleasant. By the way, congratulations to the housekeeper!, she was very kind and diligent, always attentive to what we needed. Happy 2021!

Beautiful big house! Loved that each room had its own bathroom which was super accommodating to our family of 9. Full kitchen amenities, loved the roof top with the small pool even though we never got it to heat, but the climate was hot enough to enjoy it anyways. The restaurant across the street is a super recommendation! Would definitely stay again.

the place is quiet and really comfortable 20 min from the center of Oaxaca, it is only 100 meters of terracería before arriving but a sedan passes smoothly the house is very large and private pool.

If you are looking for a small town outside Oaxaca city, this is the place to stay. The house is amazing. It has all you need and more. Rooms and the entire house is very nice decorated with books, art and a lot of details all over, making your stay feel a great experience. Rebeca was very helpful sending local information of restaurants which by the way are very good (just like some very good restaurants in Oaxaca). The town is very close to Oaxaca (15-20min drive) and has easy access for traveling to locations such as Hierve el Agua, Tule, Monte Albán, Mitla, etc. Looking forward to return to San Andres Huayapam and to Casa Nuun.

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).
