Elevated location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven River. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the patio that is available from April to early November. This is included in the rental rate, so there is no extra charge for it. From the property, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, which takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bed linens and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Wood for the fireplace is included in the rental rate. Final cleaning is included. Warm welcome!

Welcome to a charming and fully equipped 18-room house at Hammarsön 155 in beautiful Höga Kusten. Here, you live near the water, with your own dock, swimming opportunities, beautiful evening sun and nature right outside. The house is good for couples, a small family, or friends who want a simple, comfortable place close to nature. There are two beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation has a kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, seating area, A/C and a large patio for breakfast and dinner. Cats are in the yard.

Highly quiet private location in the woods, close to Höga Kusten

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Newly renovated, spacious accommodation next to the river. In an apartment adjacent to our house but with its own entrance. Perfect for businesses as it has 4 bedrooms with their own TV. As well as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and social areas. Within 5 minutes by car, you can reach shops, restaurants and pharmacies.
