I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Kate & Amrit. The flat is a great place to base to yourself. There are some fantastic amenities and local restaurants on your doorsteps. If you want to go into town it is only a short taxi ride away. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kate & Amrit :)

We loved our stay at Indira and Sagun’s home! It is like an oasis in the heart of Kathmandu. We were welcomed like family. Indira made us a delicious breakfast every morning and tea in the afternoons. Sagun made sure we had everything we needed, from a private car for the day to the most incredible local honey. And the home is so beautiful and comfortable! It has four big bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—so our family of five could spread out comfortably. We were so sad to leave. Anyone would be so lucky to stay here!!

This is the BEST Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. No cap. Over the two-week stay, the host and their friends have volunteered to arrange multiple rituals for my Nepali-calendar birthday, which involved taking me to the rivers and temples at 5am in the morning. They’ve also taken me to a local Sharman/guru who’s hosted multiple rituals to cleanse my energy. Fo all of these, they did out of genuine kindness, and I’ve never felt better – both physically and mentally – after a stay. I stayed over the New Year’s Eve, and the host and their friends were so kind to invite me to their party night which felt just like home. I booked the original stay for three weeks but had to shorten to two due to last-minute emergencies. The host was so kind to refund me the full amount for the nights cancelled. Super grateful for this. All in all, this Airbnb stay will form an unforgettable memory in my life journey. I wish I could cross my paths again with all these genuine and kind purple. Namaste 🙏

I had a fantastic experience staying at this cozy Airbnb in Patan. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, and the shower is absolutely wonderful! The rooftop is a real gem, offering a serene space to unwind while enjoying beautiful views of the city. The hosts truly go above and beyond, providing attentive and warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu – it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for two days and definitely it is one of the best stays so far, property is luxurious and exactly looks alike to that in photos. You’ll get the Newari architecture vibes. It is at walkable distance from Patan Durbar Square. It had all the amenities listed. I would have never imagined that properties like these would exist in busy old Patan area 🤐 Nigen made our stay easier by being responsive and even helping us with bus booking to Pokhara and the cab towards the end of the stay. We trusted him blindly for this, and he was confident to get things done. He communicated superbly for each detail. It made our early morning check-out super smooth. This is highly recommended!

I stayed here for about ten days. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the rattling commotion of motor-vehicles. The soundscape is more of human conversations in a close-knit urban neighbourhood. The windows are airy and bring in a abundant daylight. I felt right at home. In fact, by the third day I intuitively called it home. I do not know why anyone (unless with a walking disability, given the stairs) would stay anywhere else.

I give this Airbnb and the hosts a 13 out of 10 rating!! Rabi and Kopila were such wonderful hosts. If you’re looking for a local feel, this is the spot. It was so nice to wake up every morning to the sounds of the town waking up, children playing, people talking. I came to Kathmandu because my Indian visa had expired. I was in a desperate situation, waiting for my new visa to be approved. It was my first time in Nepal so I was a little nervous. But Rabi and Kopila made me feel right at home. I came as a client and left as family. As nice as the apartment was, Rabi and Kopila were what made it an excellent stay. So warm and kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk to Thamel. Very easy to get around from their place. Again, if you’re looking for a local, family-style experience, this is the place for you. If you’re looking to party and get wild, find somewhere else. This is a family environment within a tight-knit community

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's spacious and comfortable with stable internet. They have a very lovable dog that makes the apartment feel more like home. The area is safe and very walkable . For those visiting with children, Oops Nepal is 3 minutes away walking and our son loved it there. It's a huge and very modern trampoline park and arcade. Bipul and his family are very kind and accommodating. The only negative for us I would mention needs updating in the description is a washing machine is listed but not available.We are family of backpackers who visited during Dashain when all the laundromats were closed for a week. We had to go purchase additional clothing which we then had to leave behind.

The airbnb was very spacious and easily accommodated all 8 of us. Anu the caretaker was extremely patient and helpful, always just a phone call away. Riya was very responsive as well. Great value for money at this airbnb!

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.
