We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. This place was perfect for the 2 of us, it was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipt, there were lots of sitting spaces to relax, and it's in a great location. It's surrounded by lots of cafes and shops, and has grocery stores nearby. It's tucked away in a charming passageway and is a very quiet place to stay. We were able to walk to all the attractions on our bucket list, but it's also very close to the metro. Denis was communicative and pleasant. His friend Gary was amazing. Gary helped us with any questions, and went above and beyond to help us at the end of our trip when the taxis were on strike. They truly put in great effort so that we would have an amazing time in Paris. It looked just like the pictures and we loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Denis and Gary.

Great place! Perfect for four people, we were actually surprised how spacious it was. The host was very helpful, flexible and friendly. Super quiet area and a great central location. It was everything we needed.

The place was great & Gio was a great host. Any hiccups we encountered were met with quick solutions. The condo was filled with love and the neighborhood was perfect for walking around and getting to know Paris. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, perfect room for a couple night stay. My husband is over 6ft tall and he found it comfortable. (His head didn’t hit the ceiling in the shower) I loved the private room. We would def stay again if we came back to Paris.

We were delighted with our stay at Mai Anh’s place. It was perfectly situated for visiting Notre Dame (one of the primary reasons for our visit) and also for access to the Big Bus tours - which was important because my father is 91 and, although he walks well for 91, also likes being on the Big Bus, or boats along the Seine. Mai Anh’s place is perfectly located for anyone who likes to walk - we were in the Marais in 15 minutes and, as Paris is so walkable anyway, nowhere seemed far. The communal seating area is great and beautifully light, and we used it a lot as access to the basement kitchen was a bit awkward for my father. Having individual shower rooms for each bedroom was great too. I do recommend it, and, considering the location the price is also what one might expect. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. This was our first time in Paris, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—quiet, safe, and within a 30–45 minute walk to most major attractions. Arnaud was very communicative, and his condo is ideal for a couple. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Be aware that the unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator. We didn’t mind the stairs—especially after indulging in all the amazing food!—but it’s something to keep in mind when arriving with luggage. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi speed, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend both the host and the location. Paris has quickly become one of our favorite cities!

A clean and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. It was a joy watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night. Good communication and in a great location. Would highly recommend.

Had a Great Stay during French Open. The Apartment is situated in the safe financial district and offers awesome skyline views from the balcony of the 26th floor. I assume there Are Not many Better places to wake up with a view on the Eifeltower or Sacre Coer! The whole Apartment is modern und spacious, checkin and Communication with Mhedi was brilliant. Absolut recommendation for those who Are looking for an extraordinary stay in Paris!

We stayed in this apartment for 6 days and were very comfortable and cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment has everything you need to live for a long time. The dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer were especially pleasing. The kitchen has a lot of appliances and utensils. Located in a quiet, clean area. There are many cafes, a bakery, shops nearby. We will recommend this place to friends.

Beautiful and comfortable space for 3 of us, lots of places to eat, easy short walk to the palace and to the train station. We would definitely recommend Kate’s place.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Hello to all, This is my first stay and first review on Airbnb. I can only say Thank You Julien for lovely stay. Studio is as described. Maximum for 4 persons, and it has everything you need. In front of studio is parking space, that means a lot who comming with a car. Connectivity to the center of Paris is good and it takes approximatly 45-60min. In front of the building where studio is, is a station for bus No 207. With thus bus you can go to Noisy Le Grand station and catch a train to center of Paris. Julien is a great host and helpful. Check-in went smooth. I can only recommend. Once again thank You Julien.👍

Very well located accommodation next to the train station with free parking spaces nearby. The place matches the photos and description, the environment is quiet and the bed is comfortable, we slept very well. Mathieu was very nice on arrival and responsive by message, thank you.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Nelly rents a beautiful and cozy apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures! It is very clean, neat and has plenty of room for two people! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and spacious!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
