Igotac is located on the stones of the Silla period, which have been in place for more than a thousand years, which were underpinning the palace or temple of the Silla period. In the late 20th century, Park Mok-wol poetry, Kim Dong-ri novelists, and other cultures visited this place, and it was a place where contemporary artists were drinking tea and talking together. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.
