Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

Villa Snow is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. The villa has own sauna and jacuzzi. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Snow.

Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to washing machine and dryer. acces to garden with fireplace + gasgrill. living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.
