Great place for a stay, it’s a really nice basement appartment for a stay, I loved this place

Nice, quiet and neat place. Happy with the facility, however make sure you read the rules to be sure it meets your needs

The suite was exactly how it was described, it was a very nicely decorated place and quite comfortable. Don was a great host, we were not feeling well and Don was nice enough to accommodate us with a late checkout. We definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely host and beautiful home! On the doorstep to U of A, within walking distance of lovely restaurants, markets, University museums, grocery store, shopping, and walking / hiking trails. Seyed was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this wonderful AirBnB to anyone!

great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already booked in for my next visit! Kimberly was a fabulous host, always so helpful and quick to respond if I had any questions. I loved how close it was to walk to great restaurants and every other amenity needed was close by. I really enjoyed how sunny the place was in the afternoons. Having the underground parking was terrific. Very comfortable stay! I would highly recommend it.

We knew the place had just been cleaned because the floors were still wet when we arrived. Everything was very clean and a lot of attention to detail.

Neil was very easy to communicate with and the stay was awesome, everything was clean and exactly as expected.

My family had a great stay, host was very kind and left a sweet gift for my kids and had quick response times. I felt the neighborhood was very quite, great for walking your dogs and nice views of the city as it's minutes away. We were very comfortable (especially the king bed) staying here and will stay again if we come back to the area :)

Stayed for the month of April. Great place and location. Everything was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely book again with our family in the area.

We stayed for a week at Andy’s rental. This was the second time we had visited. The house is large and well equipped. It is close to all amenities. We had our small dog with us and it is great that this rental is dog friendly. Another great stay. We would highly recommend this rental.

Very nice place great host. The beds were very hard they were nice but to hard for my liking and the pool table wasn’t good but not the end of the world overall great place

We’ve stayed here many times in the last couple of years. The location is in a great spot, so many good restaurants close by. The place was always clean and Sharon was alway responsive for any questions. We will continue to stay here when we need to be in Edmonton. Thanks Sharon!

We had a wonderful family reunion at Rox’s place and it was a truly pleasant trip that everyone enjoyed. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—Rox has thought of almost everything to make the stay easy and relaxing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rox’s place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The place had everything we could possibly need, from pantry items to board games. Host was super responsive with a few questions we had and very helpful. The bed was firm and comfortable. Everything was great, including the location in terms of being close to amenities, one short flight of stairs, nice balcony with a friendly neighbour cat who loves pets.

Our stay was lovely and the place was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and the sun on the deck was enjoyable. the location was good and we took in the VIP Cineplex. I would recommend this stay remembering that it is on the south side of the city.

It was a perfect space for me and my pup! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed and more! Plus there is a great dog area in this complex and there were so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by. I will definitely stay again!

We had lived in and around St albert for years before moving out of province and were familiar with the area. Very walkable as the river walk is only a few minutes to get to. The location is perfect for us with shops, restaurants, and the mall only a few minutes walk. The complex is well kept with plenty of parking. The home is on the lower floor and has good light and a patio. Plenty of space, Everything you need in the kitchen and more! The Keurig coffee maker and all the pods were a nice touch! All around a GREAT stay for nine days and we may be back for Folk Fest and will book it again if we can! Thanks Ramona!

Great location, easy access to shopping and hiway.

I could not have been happier with my stay. Chris, Carrie and Dan were all so incredibly kind and accommodating. A drop off of keys was made to make my stay easier, they delivered to a nearby location to make my check in easier as I was having a late arrival. They were always prompt to reply to any questions I had and were all just so kind and amazing to deal with. I would strongly recommend this space and feel confident in saying you will be taken care of brilliantly! Thanks again for everything, you were just the most incredible hosts!
