Vacation rentals with a kayak in North Sea

We had a very nice weekend at Frank's place. In good weather - if you can sit outside - this place is perfect. Amsterdam and Utrecht are easily and quickly accessible. The surroundings around the property are also very welcoming.

We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay. The host was super helpful and always quick to respond, which made everything really easy. The location is amazing — so peaceful and quiet, with fresh air and beautiful surroundings. It feels like you're far from the city, but it's actually still close by, which was perfect for us. We especially loved the outdoor area by the river — it was such a nice spot to relax. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape without being too far from the city.

We came with 4 people and left with 4 very content, slightly soggy souls. Yes, it rained, but this artsy little haven made us forget all about the weather. The house is full of quirky character—think spiral staircases, secret bunk beds behind red doors, and furniture that has a better backstory than we do. The hosts are clearly creative geniuses with a hammer in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Every corner tells a story. Would we come back? Absolutely. Next time hopefully with sunscreen instead of rain boots.

We enjoyed 6 days of the May holidays in Micaela's home. Everything as described, super neat and clean, with space to tidy up our own stuff. Many activities at a short distance, and with the beautiful weather we were able to cycle a lot in the region. Micaela welcomed us very kindly upon arrival and explained everything, and always communicated very quickly in the whole process. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful property located in an amazing location. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Great, welcoming hosts, always friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely short vacation at Hagar's, the house is beautifully and quietly located, an absolutely great place to fish. The home is well equipped and very clean. I'm sure we'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Wendela's. We were warmly welcomed. The "Rosenhäuschen" was exactly what we had imagined. It was our home away from home. And we'll be back for sure.

The cottage in the lake is really an oasis of relaxation. You can relax wonderfully among animals, water and greenery. The hostess thought of everything on site: from small touches such as champagne & chocolate for the guests to a can of snacks to feed the cattle, cuddly blankets and tea lights to sophisticated night lighting and simple explanations of how to use everything. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with extraordinary flair and love nature, this is the place to be. :)

Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

We had a great stay in the tiny house. Mariska is a nice host with great communication. Highly recommended. Another culinary tip: eat at the Grand Cafe Kade. Delicious fish, top service.

We had a long stay of 3 weeks here. Louren's was extremely helpful, and there if we needed anything. The morning views over the fields for sunrise were stunning, and the village beautiful. Access to the forest is minutes away, amazing for walking dogs, quiet, vast, lots of different options of paths. Larger towns are close when needed. We loved our stay here

We had wonderful days at Frederika's, the place looks even prettier in real life than in the pictures. Special highlight in addition to the incredibly beautiful view - the rowboat! Which we were allowed to borrow free of charge! Small but nice. Would definitely recommend it! Note: Wi-Fi is certainly not required in such an environment, but would have made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you!

Lovely place ! Peace and space . Very cozily furnished cottage. Everything has been thought of. It was like coming home every time after a long busy day. Sonja was very attentive and regularly asked if I needed anything. So I'll definitely be back !

We had a lovely weekend. Log cabin was neat and looks super nice. Hottub was also wonderful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast is also definitely recommended.

after a warm welcome with tour, we were quickly settled in the homely atmosphere of the b&b, which had French doors to a beautiful garden from the living room where it was wonderful to relax. An oasa of peace with fruit trees etc. within a stone's throw away nice restaurants. Barry's breakfast was all chick fresh and the ingredients mostly delicious from their own garden. in short, a fun experience richer.

Marja's place is magical! surrounded by water, farms and fields, perfect for nature lovers. We loved it: Take walks with our three kids with the canoes on loan from Marja and fishing right in front of the house. The proximity to Delft, a city for which we had a real favorite , we really recommend renting bikes and making the bike paths around the city to discover the region . The house looks directly onto a bike path but we didn't mind. The view of the water is so beautiful and offers amazing sunsets. Need to Know: The house is small but sufficient for 5, however you should know that there is only one toilet located directly in the bathroom. The boiler placed behind the wall of the master bedroom can make noise at night, on Marja's advice we turned off the heating at night and this guarantees you peaceful nights. We will be back!!

The cabin is simply a dream in the countryside! So lovingly made and you can relax so well and unwind. Just as beautiful as in the photos, so definitely recommended! It is wonderfully quiet, but you can also be in the nearest town within a few minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy and you have what you need. I'm sure we'll be back! Judith and Juul are so nice and helpful, that's not a given! :)

Wonderfully enjoyed the paradise that Martijn has created here. The garden, pool, wood stove and sauna were great! We would have liked to see what the entire property looks like in advance in the photos. The cottage is located right next to Martijn's house. And that can't be seen in the photos.

This stay with my partner was a real disconnection, which allowed us to revive our well-being for the days and months to come. Astrid and her little family have created a superb cabin with comfort+++ Just not easy to understand how the shower works but that's just a detail because the rest was great. I already miss our frog friends so much. In short, I recommend this place for lovers of calm and nature. They filled us with happiness and we thank Astrid again for this experience far from everything. See you soon. Tyff & Nico

The Kota of Jolanda and Falko is a wonderfully cozy place and nicely decorated. Because it is made of wood, it feels very natural inside and you can relax. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of nice corners and beautiful views. Its sunsets are phenomenal! You can walk into the beautiful Zouweboezem in no time. Jolanda and Falko like to think along about beautiful walks and are open for a chat. For fridge and toilet, you have to walk a little bit through the garden. If you adjust to that, that's no problem. The wifi doesn't reach to the Kota right now, but we're still thinking about editing this in the future. By the way, it does offer a chance to really switch off😉. All in all, a nice place with friendly people and a beautiful area.
