From the kitchen, there is access to a large outdoor terrace. In addition, there is a private parking space in the driveway of the property.

The house has a large and nice kitchen-living room and 4 bedrooms upstairs. 1 double bed, folding mattress, 120 cm bed and a child's bed. There is a large playground and bus connection to Odense or towards Fåborg within a short walking distance. Shopping is also not a problem, as within a few hundred meters there is a SuperBrugsen, gas station, pizzeria, etc. As a plus, the house is just a 15-minute drive from Odense city center and Svanninge hills.

The home is not suitable for children or people with walking disabilities.
