Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

The house is very nice and has everything to be at home. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and although we did not meet personally she was looking out for us to be well. Thank you very much for everything! We'll come back God willing!

we were very warmly welcomed by her parents who also spoke French. The house was, although a little dated, sparkling clean. lovely place outside, with a swimming pool secured for children. was on a busy road, but that was no problem in the evening and at night. We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable treatment, the ideal location to relax and enjoy with family or friends, I recommend it and if I can I will repeat without hesitation

Beautiful, large and luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms in the center of Murcia. Really worth it. Please take into account parking at some distance (with a fee).

It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Juan Ángel is charming, he was very attentive to our arrival and helped us a lot throughout the stay. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you need and has that rural charm that allows you to spend a perfect weekend in Ayna. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Basilio was friendly and always quick to respond. The apartment is very nice, super clean and comfortable. The terrace is a perfect place to end the day and enjoy the evening sun. It has all the cooking utensils like at home. It was a beautiful time and we would always come back! 🙂

My boyfriend and I spent 5 months of Erasmus in Pedro José's apartment. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks in particular to this apartment that we fell in love with: very functional despite its size, very good for living together, well equipped, and nice decoration. The pool and proximity to the university is a big plus. We recommend this place for a short as a long stay, it feels right at home. In addition, Pedro is very attentive, he is very responsive and always gives good advice, thank you!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Great place to stay and great location for beach and parking. Everything was provided by Denise and Barry so we were able to get straight into the holiday vibe. Will definitely be returning again.

communication in advance very pleasant. Since I am disabled, I need more care and amenities than a 100% person. Above all, a lot to find out if the apartment was suitable Sergio helped very well. Great place to escape for a few days. Not far from Bolnuevo beach and a few of the bars and restaurants. Nice and quiet, fairly private and had everything we needed.

A fabulous apartment - beautifully furnished and clearly well looked after and cared for. It very much felt like a home. The bedrooms are cool and the air conditioning worked very well. We were there for some rest and relaxation and the beautiful kitchen was extremely well stocked with every utensil you could need. The apartment is well located on the site with a great view of the pool and surrounding area. And it's all very secure with gated access to each area. And very much a superhost with quick responses to any of our messages. We loved it so much, we're already looking at when we can next visit.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.
