Vacation rentals with a patio in Norbrook, Constant Spring

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the quality and the comfort of this apartment. The amenities were truly top notch, modern and clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host response was prompt and incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in. One of the highlights was the outdoor spaces; the building boasts beautifully landscaped gardens and relaxing common areas e.g. pool area. The balcony was the perfect spot for me to enjoy my morning blue mountain coffee while soaking up the city and hill views - a real oasis. Conveniently located, the apartment is surrounded by excellent shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants and things to see and do: Bob Marley Museum, Devon House, Hope Gardens etc. Most importantly the security measures made me feel completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough - a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and luxury. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you so much!

Ejay is the epitome of superhost! I tell you this man is beyond flexible and he puts guests first. You know how good of a person you gotta be to have the security guard recommending your listings to people lol. Very comfortable and mindfully designed accommodation with plenty amenties to make you feel like home away from home. Clean and uncluttered with tasteful decor. Well suited for long stays with transportation. Definitely recommended stay.

Six great days at Sebrynia's home which really felt like home. I visited with my family and we truly loved how conveniently located it is in the New Kingston environs. For me, it was 5 minutes walk to get to my doctor's office...this was perfect. For my daughter-in-law and grandkids, access to so many restaurants and good food! For my son, easy access to Devon House and its legendary ice cream was a dream! The home itself was very comfortable and cozy and we had everything to our satisfaction. The host's customer service is exemplary and responds to all messages with such great speed...truly appreciated! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sebrynia's home to my friends and family...thank you so much! 🌹

What an amazing place would definitely be looking at staying there again. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away restaurants 15 to 20 minute walk away. Amazing views from the rooftop Worth every penny and as I said, I will definitely be staying here again.

Bella was super responsive and accommodating. Her home is just as shown in the pictures and is very comfy and nice. Check-in and check out was very extremely easy. Would definitely book again.

My stay at KJ's suite was wonderful! ... The house was very clean and inviting. The house was like home away from home. I felt very comfortable and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that's comfortable, clean and close to many fun locations.

I had a wonderful time at annalisa's place! my son enjoyed the backyard and the place was so peaceful to stay at. it would have been more convenient if we had more spoons, a cutting board and a working ice maker but made due with what was available. a suggestion in regards to having more than one fan would have been great to have in each room for when we didn't want to use AC. the host responsiveness and kindness was a huge plus too! me and my family look forward to visiting again soon. if you want some where that is quiet and a home away from home with pleasant neighbors this is the area for you and kids friendly.

Despite an incident that occurred that was fully out of her control, Sherifa was very responsive and remedied the issue immediately, and for that I am very grateful. She is awesome and her home is just wonderful. Fully recommend!

The Cozy Retreat lived up to expectations. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Mo was very responsive and gave me recommendations for food places close by. She assisted me getting my guests in the complex for pick up and drop off since security needed to be notified. She was very responsive if I had any questions or issues. Perfect for one person or a couple. Will book again.

my husband and I booked 1week and ended up extending our stay, Micheal is an exceptional host, very prompt and clear on responces. House was as described in pictures, the entire house was spotless and welcoming. we felt right at home. I certainly will be returning, and I will be recommending this home to my friends and family for their stays. I give this property 100% rating .Micheal is super super host

Honestly, it’s a great place. I would suggest getting a rental car. It’s not too far from fast food, but because it’s an area that they’re newly building and there’s nothing in walking distance. Hellshire beach is like 25 mins away. And the area is so quite peaceful and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Kerice, was an amazing. Host, she gave amazing assistance and responded very well and fast to anything asked. The house is exactly how it looks in the photos. The yard is just so cute and great.,, will definitely stay again.

Monique place was just as advertised, the was very clean and tidy, my only negative remarks is the iron board, besides that everything was excellent. Monique place was very close to everything, I even walked to Halfway tree a couple of times, I will definitely book again and will definitely recommend Monique place to friends and family.

Situated in the heart of the half way tree, we were within walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. Dwain’s place was one of the most comfortable and convenient stays I’ve had in Kingston. Dwain responded promptly, provided flexibility and was very pleasant to deal with. I plan on returning to Dwain’s place in the future. 10/10 highly recommend.

What truly sets Nicolas apart is his situational awareness—when we arrived, he didn’t just greet us at the property; he ran to help carry as much of our luggage as he could. Big shoutout to you, Nicolas! The airbnb is fantastic. It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and modernly furnished. The smart locks on both the gate and front door added a greater sense of security. The highlight, however, was the view. You're surrounded by breathtaking scenery—mountains, lush trees, and endless blue skies. You'll be close to a variety of dining and entertainment options. Some are just a 10-minute walk down the road, others a quick 5-minute drive. Only recommendation: the mattresses be updated. That said, definitely not a deal breaker. I give both the host & accommodation a solid 5/5.
