House vacation rentals in Nissan-lez-Enserune

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

The spa and the garden without neighbors are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. Thank you, Paul! It's been a wonderful vacation for us in Roquebrun. Our kids really loved your house. And I did as well - with it's spacious design and its rooms full of natural light. Spring in Occitaine is really nice. The sun has already a lot of strength (although maybe not enough for the pool to be really warm), but still it is not to hot to be active during the day. Hiking and siteseeing (Carcassonne!) are very pleasant experiences in a mild climate. I hope I can come back to this place. Maybe in another season? I wondered how it would be like with all vineyards full of fruit and the vignerons busy getting the harvest. There is so much more to do... Thanks for inspiring and rejuvenating my wanderlust.

From booking to checking out and everything in between the entire holiday was a success. The house is immaculate with many extras, from bicycles in the shed to a lilo for the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sitting room is very comfortable with perfectly working Air/Con in every room. There was plenty of hot water for the 5 of us to be able to use the bathrooms without any shortage. The area is beautiful, tranquil and worth exploring. The Canal du Midi is a 2 minute walk from the house, the village has a restaurant, bakery and ice cream shop, with large supermarkets a short drive away. We managed to visit the coast and so many villages, towns and cities from this well placed house. We went Canoeing in the gorge and spent time at a vineyard, there was so much to do we could have happily stayed for a month. When we weren't sight seeing we spent time in the pool and playing table tennis on the beautiful decking. So sad to leave but looking forward to returning.

Our stay here was just what we were after. It is lovely and quiet and is in beautiful surroundings. It’s the perfect place to stay and relax for a week and has plenty of great things to do that are only a short drive away. Stuart and Jacqui are great hosts and we’ll definitely be back in the near future!

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. Our time with Christine and André was wonderful! The place is indescribable and the two touched us with their warm manner. Christine met us in the nearby town and we followed her by car. The route gives a taste of the great hikes you can take there. The road is not paved, but slowly you make good progress. The hamlet where the gîte is located is like a fairy tale. You have a private pergola with a wonderful view. In front of the entrance is a table where you can enjoy coffee and food in the morning sun. The apartment was the best equipped and most stylishly furnished we have ever been to. Everything is sustainable and designed with so much love. Christine and André give you the feeling of total privacy and at the same time take you completely into their world. We were allowed to pet llamas and explore the hamlet and learn about the impressive history. It was unique!

Great place - comfortable with good facilities in the heart of Capestang. I’ve l ready recommended it to friends in the area and at home.

Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

Our group of retirees had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful house and a beautiful garden with its swimming pool and ball court. We enjoyed very nice weather that allowed us to eat outside on the beautiful terraces. A big thank you to Christelle for hosting us and for her availability

No false notes during our weekend in this beautiful house in the heart of the old village of Gruissan. Everything is exactly as advertised and photos. We won't hesitate to come back.

When we arrived we found a clean and well appointed house. Ludivine was responsive to our questions, one of the only people to have accepted our 2 dogs which is paramount to us. The few downsides are, the outdoor furniture, the sun baths crackle and the outdoor tables not necessarily suitable. The house is functional and well equipped with a beautiful shallow pool but enough to refresh it. We recommend this cute house 100%

We had a great time at Corinne and Didier's! A quiet place and close to everything (sea, river, etc.) They have made this place a real haven of peace, in the accommodation nothing is missing and the pool is just beautiful. We had dinner, it was a delight with vegetables from Didier's garden as a bonus, breakfast was very good too. 😋 A big thank you to you, you made us have a very good time. We'll be back, it's a great place that I recommend without so much as a second thought.
