Julio's apartment exceeded all expectations! The location is excellent, close to everything we needed during the stay. The space is extremely clean, well organized and very cozy. But what really caught our eye was the attention to detail — Julio thought of absolutely everything when equipping the apartment. The kitchen, for example, is very complete, with all the utensils you can imagine, which made all the difference to our experience. In addition, Julio is a thoughtful host, responds super fast and was always very kind in every interaction. I recommend it without a doubt and I will definitely return!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience! The place is exactly like in the photos – very beautiful, well decorated, with a cozy style and very good taste. The location is also great, close to everything I needed, which made the tours a lot easier. The host was attentive and helpful, always available to help where needed. Great location, the beach in front is very good for bathing and eating. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment as advertised, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. At night the surroundings are not very busy, but during the day it is very centralized, close to several tourist spots, including the beach in front that is beautiful and great for bathing and eating. The hotel's leisure area offers a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super quick in locating and caring for it, leaving everything stored until someone I trust could pick it up.

I really like it and I intend to resume.

The hostess is a lady, kind and polite. Proativa. The apto is wonderful, with a spectacular balcony with a beautiful sea view. The space is large, enough to host a group. The kitchen is complete, as well as clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The condominium is amazing for children with all leisure such as a swimming pool, playground and easy access to the beach. I and my family love the experience. Aspirating to return soon. Christine was proactive and responsive to chats. She was flexible with the check in time when we asked to check in early. I highly recommend dealing with Christine instead of the organization that manages multiple units in this building.

The place is great! The house is the same as in the photos right on the beach. It perfectly fits 10 people in a comfortable way. Silvio is very attentive, always available! The only not very pleasant point was the boy's departure, who does the maintenance of the house, some days, we were a little bothered by the lack of privacy on the spot, but otherwise the place is perfect!

Undoubtedly the best cost-benefit option, the location is private and with great security. It has easy access and transportation (Uber was always available quickly). The residential complex is a resort, has several amenities and the beach is very peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely come back!

It was the first experience on Airbnb. Nothing but praise, Marco's apartment is wonderful, I felt right at home. Pleasant atmosphere, comfortable beds, clean and had all the utensils. Feet in the sand and we even had access to the condominium that is attached to a building that is a little gem.

Throughout our stay, we were treated exceptionally. The site was always clean, with mineral water available. In the apartment, there were also cleaners ready for the bathroom and the kitchen.
