Place as described. Very convenient as we can walk around Psyri, Plaka, Monastiraki and Metro Syntagma. We even hike up to Lycabettus Hill. The Greek cuisine at Mantra Taverns at Pysri was awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay with Elina! Location was great- 20 minute walk to Centro, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great bakery right across the street with super friendly staff. We went there almost everyday. Elina was responsive- we asked her for a new pan and knife for cooking and she delivered. Bed was comfy and the balcony is nice. There is a bar downstairs which can be a little noisy until around midnight, but we had no problem sleeping! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Elina!!

We loved staying at Senait and Constantino's place! It's a beautiful duplex apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. And the views from the balconies even look BETTER than the pictures. Their apartment is on the top floor with nothing obstructing the view. You can see all the way to the Agean Sea in the distance. Also, street parking has become very difficult to find in Kipesli. It was so great to have a dedicated spot to park our car! Senait was especially helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and was very detailed about all the apartment's amenities. She was also extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed immediate assistance (even when we reached out very early in the morning). We loved staying here and hope we can stay here again in the future!

Excellent host who wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Vassilis was always friendly and professional. He was super responsive when a couple of issues cropped up. He addressed them quickly. If you are there on a Thursday, the weekly laïki (open air market) is in the parking lot across the street - great for fresh produce. There is a super market (MyMarket) a couple of blocks down the street and Hondos department store across the street. Very close to a couple of our favorite tavernas: Zahoulis and Proedros (Ο Πρόεδρος).

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Excellent stay at Andrianos' place, ideally located in the center. We loved the neighborhood, the city, the view from the apartment, the proximity to points of interest (visits, restaurants...). Andrianos was able to give us all the information we needed to arrive at his apartment at a late hour (2:00 am). A stay to renew because 3 days is too short, we will be back for 1 week at once.

We liked the flat a lot, it's a great value for the price. The kitchen is a bit small, but we managed to get by really well. Apart from that the apartment is really big and well located, there are bakeries, restaurants and cafes and the city centre is reachable on foot. Alexandros was really nice and helpful. We had a nice stay

The place is great for getting away from the routine. There are not many places with pool tables , darts and subscription channels. The host is communicative, discreet, and available for information about the area . I'll definitely go for it again

Giannis house has a lot of character, amazing views and well equipped with everything we need. Looking at Acropolis from the place everyday is amazing. And it is very quiet. The hard thing is the steps and uphill to go into the house, but you get nice view and peace in return.

Very nice apartment in a great location, 2 min walk from the metro. The house is clean and fully equipped and the host is available to help with anything!

Athanasia and her mom, Dora, are very helpful, and do everything to make your stay easier. They let us into the apartment a little early, and because we had started from 4.30am from Ioannina, my family went to sleep immediately while I went for a walk in the bakeries, gazing at all the beautiful houses, and plants in the fields. We had an early flight so I went to bed early and the other three went out with a friend. Parking is comfortable and the area is very safe. The apartment is on the first floor with a large balcony looking towards the mountains. They are spacious and comfortable for a couple, and 2 extra, it heats well in the winter, 20 minutes from the airport by car and so it suits us completely.

We stayed as a couple for 6 days and found the place perfect for our us. If you want to be in the centre of Athens; literally 2 minutes walk from the Acropolis; yet quiet in the accommodation then this is perfect. We did not use the Kitchen as there is an abundance of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and there are local shops and bakeries if you need anything else. The accommodation has a key fob entry to the main door and key entry to the apartment and is well lit so feels very safe. The bed is very comfortable and the electric shutters at night give a very good nights sleep. Good pressure in the shower which runs of solar but does have a back up if needed. The host was very responsive to any messages we sent and check in was very easy with the photos provided. We hired a car and parking can be a bit tricky but we did always get within a couple of streets from the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay we really could not fault it.

Moses was extremely responsive. For example, I accidentally deprogrammed the remote and within minutes he told me how to reprogram it. We brought our small dog and he loved being free on the patio. The location could not be better. It is in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe. It’s a home, not a 5 star hotel, so we appreciated Moses meeting us at our midnight arrival to show us the quirks of the place. If we have the good fortune to return to Greece again, I do believe we will stay here again.

The house is expensive as in the photos, it is in a very convenient spot near bus stops and meter, beautiful neighborhood with many options for coffee and food. Thanks for everything, Aggeliki.

Myrsini as a person, my partner and I fell in love with. She reminds me of my mother lol. She's very spunky, proactive, personable, and responds to your messages immediately. The apartment itself is exactly as in the pictures, views and all. Getting into the building wasn't a question because Myrsini was waiting for us. The apartment is on the fifth floor, but there's nothing to worry about because there is an elevator- its an interesting one, in a positive way. The location of the apartment is good for families because there is a small park right across, within the church's space. There are some local restaurants, a really nice seafood restaurant, grocery stores, and several coffee shops, all within walking distance. Transportation was also pretty easy; trains, buses, and the hop on hop off buses were within a five minutes of the apartment. Honestly, I'm a little sad I didn't stay a little longer.

The image of the area is very positive. Moschato is a beautiful neighborhood with quiet narrow walking friendly. The house was in one of these straits, close to bus lines, trams and a couple of minutes away from the power station. The house was adequate, quite comfortable, and spacious. Parking is a small negative, especially for car drivers, as the neighborhood doesn't have a lot of spaces on the street, at least during the afternoon-night hours when I moved.

I had a great stay in this apartment! Location is nice, away from the touristy areas, but still with plenty of nice bars& café's next close by. The host gave clear instructions for check-in and was very responsive and friendly in his communication (for tips etc). Would recommend staying here!

Our stay was impeccable! I wish we had more days to stay at the place! We even forgot an item in the space and the owner was more than helpful to deliver it to us!

such a lovely apartment with an amazing balcony for evenings watching the wonder that is athens. compact yet fully functional this is my favourite place to stay. the area is safe and quiet which can be rare for central athens. lots of local shops around and a great street market. the local platea has lots of coffee shops to sample. I really recommend this apartment and the hosts are always amazing and quick to reply.

Panos flat is nice, he was very responsive to messages and flexible with check-in/out. The location of the flat is also good.

Loved this place and would stay again if I'm back in the area. the beds were clean, comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. Her recommended taxi driver was exceptional and provided a privare tour of Athens at a very reasonable cost. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Also close to the Parthenon. The patio/terrace was a welcome place to relax outdoors. We were also accommodated with our early check-in. It was a great stay for the few days we were there, wish it could have been longer.
