This is a great apartment in a cracking part of Darwin. It was almost a resort style holiday with the swim lagoon, cafes and bars at our doorstop - plus central Darwin an easy stroll away. Use of the vehicle was an extra bonus. Host was super responsive and apartment was great for the two of us.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison's apartment in the Darwin Waterfront. The location on the third floor was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alison was a gracious host, allowing us a later checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Darwin's waterfront in comfort!

Loved our 2 week stay! Very toddler-friendly with a safe balcony, pram, high chair, pool noodles, books and kid-friendly plates/bowls/cutlery. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Location was perfect - away from the noise but a quick walk to all the action. Photos very accurate. Place was spotless. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. 2x allocated underground carparks were very secure. Lots of cleaning supplies, tea, coffee pods, nespresso pod machine, toiletries, extra bedding, and even a number of large umbrellas that were so handy during the wet season! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Couldn’t fault the apartment or the location. Great views and very good access to the waterfront. Very comfortable beds and nicely appointed apartment - all you need and more!

I recently stayed at Matthew’s place with a group of friends for a holiday in Darwin. Matthew’s place was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful experience for our group. It was exactly as described in the listing, and was a fantastic place for a group to enjoy sunny Darwin. The house is very spacious, full of amenities and had a lovely outdoor area also. Matthew was very quick to respond whenever we had a query and the check in and check out process was simple and exactly as described. We never once had any issue with the house and would recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin.

A fantastic place to stay. The room was lovely and the bathroom was great - better than the photos show. Madison and Parke were very welcoming. The location was great too - right across from the ocean.

Fantastic 5 night stay in this beautiful property. Location is great, not too far from shops, and such a spacious property. So much space in and outside the house. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely relaxed and balinese vibe to the property. Loved our stay. Benji was so prompt and friendly with communication.

Fantastic stay. Spectacular sunsets every night from your private viewing in the lounge room. Was very easy to talk with host and check in and out couldn’t be easier. Absolute gem of a place.

Always a great place to stay in Darwin! Denielle makes sure that everything is provided and the home is clean and comfortable. It is "over and above" most AirBnb accommodation. Denielle is also incredibily friendly and any guest would feel immediately comfortable in her home. The location is quiet, secure and a short bus-ride, UBER or taxi in to the Darwin CBD or Waterfront. Still one of the best AirBnb's that I have stayed at, and I am likely to re-visit.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. Justine was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful complimentary items that made our arrival and stay extra special. The beds were extremely comfortable—we all slept so well, which can be rare when traveling. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very safe, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and amazing sunsets. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for place to stay. We'd definitely book again!

Such a lovely place to stay! best view, big TV with a comfortable couch, comfortable beds and overall just a great place to stay, kids lived it just as much as we did.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

Fantastic spot to explore Darwin! Amazing location in Nightcliff, close to everything you need!

The small touches are appreciated such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, heaps of toilet rolls. The location and view are perfect, with lots to see on the harbour each day and lots to do with fabulous restaurants very close. The only downside was that the bed was not very comfortable due to the prominence of the springs in the mattress. They weren’t broken just very close to the surface. Overall though, we loved our time here and would recommend it to everyone.

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Excellent place to stay, right on the waterfront. Quiet and peaceful, easy to walk into town. High quality apartment and nothing too much trouble to sort out if something needed. Would highly recommended you to stay there if you visiting Darwin

Way more on offer than what we initially expected! The views and the rooms were amazing! Great huge kitchen and living room felt really comfortable and right at home. Easy to get in and out of the home, neighbours and other residents were very friendly and helpful too! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Darwin.

Lyall was extremely easy to deal with and was very supportative in accommodating some last minute changes to our booking, which I can't thank him enough for. The unit was lovely, having been recently fully refurbished, it was fresh and clean. There were many extra's which had been thought of to make our stay enjoyable, from the coffee machine, condiments, milk in the fridge, beach towels and even an esky. I would highly recommend this place, it was quiet and secure, walking distance to the shops, and across the road from the water. The building is gated with security access, and also had secure parking. We will definately book here again. Such a great place to stay.
