It is about 36 square meters, with underfloor heating, is in the second row, in a quiet location, about 250 meters from the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen. Several supermarkets and a bakery are also within 1 kilometer. The Baltic Sea beach is about 1.2 km away and is therefore easily accessible on foot.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
