The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

Our apartment is on the first floor of the owner-occupied building. The bright and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A separate bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a single bed and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Here, up to 6 people have space to linger. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, shower and washing machine.
