Vacation rentals with breakfast in Niagara River

Orla’s Peony Loft was perfect for our family of four for a long weekend in Toronto. It felt homey with the same flavor as the B&Bs we visited in Ireland thanks to Orla’s kindness and hospitality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kathleen's Airbnb, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Kathleen takes great pride in her home. The space was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged, making it feel warm and inviting. Kathleen was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and generous throughout our stay. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made the process so much easier for us. We arrived later than expected, and she kindly met us at the property to greet us and ensure we felt welcome. Her hospitality truly made a difference. Had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet. Natjan was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. The home was beautiful! We loved the decor and all of the characteristics of this historical house. The neighborhood was very safe, a 12 minute walk to the station of a 8 minute walk to the bus stop near aisle 3. The hosts were so friendly! They even had snacks and food waiting for us at the air bnb upon arrival. If you’re looking to get close to downtown without the hassle of driving this area is in a very good spot! We will definitely be returning, thanks again!

Super clean, super organized and honestly one of the cleanest Airbnb basements I’ve stayed in. It felt comfortable, quiet, and super well put together. Netflix access was a nice touch, and the space works great for short or long stays. There’s a lovely park right next door and the neighborhood is peaceful and walkable. Had a really good time, would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay at Dean's place! The instructions upon arrival and checkout were very detailed, and communication throughout the trip was excellent. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is very nice and quiet, and it was easy to get around to all of the places we wanted to go to, either by Uber or walking.

We could not ask for a better location to Clifton Hill. The walk was easy, even in the winter. It was close enough to be by all the action and far enough to not be bothered by busy night life. Could even see the Niagra fireworks from the windows. The linen was very clean and smelled amazing. The host left us food and homemade treats which was so nice. My only complaint would be the super, super firm pillows.

Excellent location in town, second floor apartment. Walkable to small town movie theater, lots of restaurants. Grocery and other stores close by. Clean, well organized cabinets with labels, nicely furnished, accommodating hosts. Definitely a great stay, thank you!

A stunning, well furnished large apartment with incredible views of the Toronto skyline. A fantastic Airbnb in the heart of downtown, with all the amenities you require and more, which allowed us to host our son who lives a few blocks away. We will definitely be staying there again when returning to Toronto, as the apartment and location were brilliant.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Great communication and such a cozy and welcoming unit to arrive to! We felt perfectly safe and truly can’t rave enough about nearby primrose bagels! Don’t hesitate when looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay! Book now :)

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

We felt right at home. There was everything for breakfast which made it so easy to relax. It was bright and homey. Will be going back.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a large private bathroom. It felt very private with just one other room across the hall. Shelly has truly thought of everything, and it’s all neatly labeled, so nothing’s ever hard to find. The location is beautiful, with a vineyard view across the street and a peaceful pond out back. Just a 10-minute drive to the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, it’s the perfect mix of quiet retreat and easy access to town. Highly recommend!

Mandy is an excellent host and has created a beautiful garden that we got to enjoy from our private deck. Breakfast was delicious every morning. This house is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the hub of town. Everything about our stay was extremely pleasant, comfortable, and convenient.

It’s in a good location near the Queens Park subway line, and the U of T buildings. For that reason as a single traveller and a woman, I felt fairly safe. There’s a restaurant and a coffee shop on the corner, which is perfect if you are traveling.Also it’s a nice walk to Baldwin Village, which is a cool thing to check out. The room that I stayed in did not look like the picture, which was disappointing and could’ve definitely used a new coat of paint but other than that everything was fine. I like that there’s a lock on the door. Others have said that it is a boarding house and I can see why is the bathroom and showers upstairs we’re very weird with multiple stalls. As recommended by Joe, I went downstairs to have a shower and have more privacy. Much nicer! I liked the continental breakfast and it was a great start to my day. I do wish they’d had a Keurig machine so I could have coffee at other hours. Joe was very welcoming and responded to all issues immediately which I appreciated.

this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Staying at the Bushy House B&B was the highlight of our trip! Jodie is an excellent host in every realm, and we were constantly blown away by all the signature touches. The breakfast baskets were stunning, both in presentation and taste! We loved watching the birds in the garden, as well as exploring the paths along the lake that were located almost directly across the street. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, both for downtown and surrounding wineries. We sincerely hope to visit again, and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing B&B to enhance their trip.

All was well, from friendly and responsive booking, arrival and breakfasts and peaceful surroundings in the country side. The room was spacious and comfortable and the ensuite clean with a wonderful shower. One of the reasons we use Airbnb and B and B's is having a chance to spend some time with the proprietors, and this was no exception. Both Dianne and Gary were charming, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable hosts.

Mary was a lovely host. She was extremely attentive and made sure all guests felt right at home. it felt like a huge family home with random relatives you've never met before. I loved it! This is a guesthouse not a hotel. We had our bikes and she let us park them in a safe area. We will certainly come back the next time we spend a night in Niagara Falls.

Caroline’s home is truly one of a kind, a beautiful, vibrant and welcoming experience. The area is conveniently located close to many of the city’s top attractions. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the city and surrounding area.
