Chau and her family make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and so close to all the attractions. It is right around the corner from the night market, yet once you round that corner her building offers a quiet respite from all the hustle and bustle. I walked to all the activities I had planned and feel like I really got to experience Hoi An. Chau also organized all my transfers from the airport! I would warly and enthusiastically recommend staying with Chau!

We had a wonderful stay for just over a week. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre but not too close so away from the crowds. Loved the pool and the indoor terrace. On hot days it was the perfect location to come back and chill out for a few hours. The host was super friendly and had excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A great villa! Home away from home!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

We absolutely loved staying here! Chung and An, our hosts, were so warm and friendly. They let us store our bags with them whilst we went to the Cham Islands for the night. We ended up having to stay on the island for a week because the weather turned bad and it wasn't safe to cross back to the mainland (which wasn't a problem for us as we loved it there!), and Chung was incredibly helpful about taking care of our bags until we returned. We loved the room and the view of the rice paddies out the back, and it was great to have an outdoor dining/working area in the garden. We used their free bikes and when we needed a scooter Chung organised a really good one for us, at a reasonable price. This Homestay is set back from quite a busy road, so if you can't cope with road noise it probably isn't for you. Other than that, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! It's very clean and incredibly good value with lovely hosts. We will definitely come back next time we're in Hoi An.

The very first moment I stepped in Thuy’s home, I was very pleased. Her home is beautiful, the room was large and comfortable and clean. Also the neighborhood is fun to explore, it is not far from the tourist area, but far enough to find even better prices at the cafes and restaurants. You get the best of both worlds at Thuys. And she is very welcoming.

Mayhome is definitely my favorite place in Vietnam!Before I came, I actually had a lot of anxiety, fear of insecurity, fear that everything would not meet my expectations, but the housekeeper Chi has been patiently answering my questions and waiting for us to check in late at night, which made me feel at home immediately. Mayhome's room is very beautiful, consistent with the pictures and even more cozy. There is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, especially suitable for hot summers. The room we live in also has a small balcony. I especially like to eat breakfast here in the morning and enjoy the morning quiet.In addition, I would like to especially thank the housekeeper Chi and room service Thuy. Chi has been helping me solve problems, and Thuy is also very enthusiastic. She specifically waited for me to study how to charge the electric car. We were also happy to communicate with the translator. Everything about Mayhome makes me feel like a home. If I have the opportunity, I will still choose Mayhome and stay longer.

Overall a great place to stay. The location is right near everything and easy to get to and walk about. As a solo traveler I felt very safe both in the location and in my room. The family are very nice, and while their spoken English is limited, they are very responsive through the Air Bnb chat. The room itself is very spacious and the little kitchenette area was perfect for my meals in. The shower was hot and the AC and fan were perfect. I felt very comfortable here. One thing to note, and it didn't bother me after a few nights, is this is by a lot of bars and the noise at night can be loud. If you close the windows and wear ear plugs though, all is fine. But those who are light sleepers and won't be out late may not enjoy it. I am a light sleeper and stayed here a month and was fine with my ear plugs and the windows closed.

We really enjoyed our stay in the great room. It was spacious, well equipped, very clean and not run down at all. The location was perfect for us, close enough to be on the center of the historic town within two minutes by bike but far enough away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The possibility to borrow bicycles for free at any time was very nice. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Staying at Linh's house was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her communication was excellent—always clear, prompt, and helpful, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out, though, was how Linh went above and beyond when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute due to an unexpected situation. Despite the short notice, she responded quickly and made accommodations to ensure we wouldn’t be left scrambling. Her kindness and flexibility meant the world to us during that stressful time. It’s rare to find a host who is not only professional but also genuinely caring. Linh's warm hospitality turned what could’ve been a chaotic moment into a seamless extension of our trip. Great accommodation! The price-quality ratio is 10 out of 10. The host is friendly and responsive. The house is beautifully designed. The garden is amazing, with mangoes, durians, and bananas – you don't see this in Siberia! Highly recommend!

Dai responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. The room was clean and the location was perfect, with the bikes, which were free making it very easy to access old town. It was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at this lovely house in Da Nang and it was a total win—especially if you’re a foodie! The location is perfect, with tons of amazing restaurants, street food stalls, and little hidden gems all within walking distance. I basically ate my way through the neighborhood. The house itself was super clean and comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring (or, in my case, eating). The host was incredibly helpful, always responsive and full of great local tips. If you’re visiting Da Nang and want a clean, convenient spot with a great vibe and easy access to incredible food, this place is a solid choice. I’d happily stay here again!

Thao is a great host. It feels very charm and cosy. She is quite effective responding the messages and requests. Also, she helps to rent bikes or arrange transport services. Definitely, this is a worthy place.

The host is responsive and check in was easy as there was a staff who guided and waited for us til we arrive. I have a fantastic stay overall. The location was on a residential side. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. One small note: the bed was a bit firm for my liking. However, this is a personal preference and might be perfect for others. Despite this, I still had a good night's sleep and enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Thi and her staff for the hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

One of my favorite stays. The room is soooo spacious and clean. The area is nice and the parking out front for the motorbike was very convenient. Will definitely book again if I'm in the area. Also allowed me to check in earlier which was so kind of them.
