Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and has a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 kr./person.

Beautiful house on the rocky island

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

Enjoy the nature, the animals on the farm and the freedom of our small campsite in our own, brought tents and accessories. We are a small family of four who enjoy rural life along with our Icelandic horses, cows, chickens and cats. Cranes, several birds of prey, hare, deer, and deer, who would also like to stop by. You'll have access to our outdoor separation toilet, outdoor (cold) shower, and shared kitchen. Our diligent chickens lay fresh eggs for you every day. 6 km to the sea and fantastic swimming opportunities.

From Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards the Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). The inspector's home is 186 sqm and includes an entrance, large living room and dining room both with sea views, kitchen/living room with new kitchen and direct access to the cozy courtyard, 4 sleeping places with double beds as well as renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and right of use to all common areas, such as courtyard, park, lake, etc.

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.
