Willa Cottage

NigelRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Willa Cottage was the perfect stay for me and my son visiting family in Portadown. The property was cosy, immaculate and had more than everything for our stay. Howard was an excellent host and I can throughly recommend it. The Holy Smokes BBQ shack just down the lane was an added bonus, with great tasting food.

Newtown House, with Hot Tub and Bar

LeighaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a two night stay in this beautiful modern home for a party of 8 people. We were celebrating two occasions with friends and made really good use of the hot tub and different living spaces. We liked how the hot tub room was closed in as we had a lot of rain during our stay. It would have been even better if there was a heater for people sitting in the garden chairs and a tv or speaker. Luckily we brought our own speaker and there were plenty of outdoor plug sockets available. We had a few small issues with the hot tub but after messaging the host these were fixed quite quickly. I would suggest having hot tub instructions + timings for when the hot tub switches on/off within the QR Doc Guide. If your a light sleeper, I would bring an eye mask as the blinds don’t block out the light & there are no curtains. We had a brilliant time regardless of these small issues and would recommend others to stay. Thanks Rowan for all your help.

John O' Whins

Sean and Conor were excellent hosts. Located in a beautiful part of the country with lovely views of Slieve Binnian. Even with the remoteness a supermarket is only 10 mins away. The cottage itself is finished beautifully and to a high standard. Plenty of wood and coal supplied for the stove. While we didn't use the hot tub its located in a lovely position facing the sea. Would absolutely stay again.

Brontƫ Escape

Gail’s house is immaculately presented. We had a lovely couple of days there, driving the twenty minutes or so to the Mournes, hiking all day then home to the hot tub. Fantastic. The house has everything you could need and Gail is an attentive, responsive host. The house is peaceful and private, in a beautiful rural location with great views. We will be repeat visitors if possible!

Amazing location, beautifully set up private pods/cabins. Ciara sent us many emails ro include things to do on arrival, possible locations to visit and even sent out a spotify play list to set the mood. We didnt ask to check in early but got an email before 1400 hrs saying that the place was ready and we could check in. Its the most idyllic and peaceful place and we will for sure return again for a few nights. Odin, the family dog paid us a few visits which was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay ā¤ļø

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Sean's place, the hottub was the highlight with a view to die for!! We had a few visits from the most gorgeous Corgis who live onsite and loved every second giving them a good cuddle! The hut had everything you could ask for including a tv with Netflix and the bed was super comfy and a real novelty being up high with a beautiful view! We would 100% recommend and hope to return again in the very near future!! xo

Fireberry Pod

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Absolute bliss! My new favourite place šŸ’• Hosting only 2 pods it was very quiet and peaceful overlooking the beautiful Northern Ireland countryside. Kirker met us promptly upon check in and was very friendly and welcoming. The pods were absolutely sparkling clean, beautiful new state of the art hot tubs, lots of little activities like corn hole, darts, swing ball etc. There is a shared space between the two pods which has a movie room with projector, a covered bbq area, a fire pit and a large picnic bench. It was very easy to find with google maps. We relaxed around the fire pit listening to the birds singing then met the other lovely family staying in the 2nd pod and got chatting away while our children played. Overall we are blown away with this little find. It is so so peaceful and in the middle of the countryside but yet very close by car to major towns/city. The perfect base for whatever the trip like walking, shopping etc. We will definitely return here at a later date.
