Hawthorn Hideaways was so beautiful and quiet. Kirker was a great host. The pod was amazing and the hot tub made the stay perfect! Kirker also left some lovely stuff in the pod for my birthday which was a lovely surprise.

A lovely peaceful spot with stunning views. The space felt even larger than the photos suggested and the thoughtful homely touches made it feel very welcoming. We would definitely love to return!

Only there for one night, but we enjoyed the perfect accommodation in a beautiful location. Had everything we needed for a very chilled evening away!

We had an amazing nights getaway! So peaceful and relaxing, the house was clean and comfortable and the surrounding landscapes were incredible to look at. Sean was responsive and friendly. It’s a perfect little AirBnB if you want a place to escape the world for a while.

This is a beautiful hidden gem, with amazing scenery and superb facilities. There is something for everyone, adults and kids. Siobhra and Mark are excellent hosts, they couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning.

My partner and I were sad to be leaving today but we had the best time after spending the weekend here. Our host Peter was lovely sent us recommendations of things to do and told us to reach out at any time if we had any issues. The cabin was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable we felt right at home. The scenery was unreal we got lucky with the good weather. 10/10 will recommend to a friend, already wanting to book it again lol

Would highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful setting and great pub/restuarant to have food. Janet the host very accommodating .The lodge extremely comfortable and very well equipped with all you need. Thanks Janet will definitely book a stay again .

Amazing location, beautifully set up private pods/cabins. Ciara sent us many emails ro include things to do on arrival, possible locations to visit and even sent out a spotify play list to set the mood. We didnt ask to check in early but got an email before 1400 hrs saying that the place was ready and we could check in. Its the most idyllic and peaceful place and we will for sure return again for a few nights. Odin, the family dog paid us a few visits which was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Sean's place, the hottub was the highlight with a view to die for!! We had a few visits from the most gorgeous Corgis who live onsite and loved every second giving them a good cuddle! The hut had everything you could ask for including a tv with Netflix and the bed was super comfy and a real novelty being up high with a beautiful view! We would 100% recommend and hope to return again in the very near future!! xo

We stayed at the Cabin for 5 nights in May 2025 and all 4 of us had a wonderful relaxing time. We found it to be perfectly located to so many of the family activities we wanted to do and loads of restaurants within driving distance. Our hosts were really lovely and always on hand if we needed anything. The Cabin itself was perfect and a lot bigger than we expected. Super clean and everything is so well thought out. Our bed was really comfortable and linens were lovely! We were really grateful for the few little breakfast items left for us too. Our little girl loved the enclosed patio area and we would love to come back in the future! Many thanks Claire and James for helping us make family memories!

Gorgeous cabin! The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing with ducks swimming in the pond. The check in process was really easy as the owners were very helpful. The owners have everything you need in the cabin. Could not recommend more!

We had a great stay at Georgia’s place. The cabin was spotless and matched the photos. It is in a lovely, peaceful location. The hot tub is fab and we really enjoyed meeting Jet and Bailey!

We had a great stay, the place was very clean and had everything you need. The hot tub was easy to use and was very private. The outside area was lovely and well kept. The outside seating and view of the lake was lovely on a sunny day. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.
