Beachfront vacation rentals in Newfoundland

This is a lovely compact gem of a place. We loved the fact that it was up on the hill overlooking the town of Champney's West. Having breakfast from the window gave us such a great start to the day. The fact that it is right on the Fox Island hiking trail was a bonus so we could start and return to our place without needing to drive! Close proximity to a great restaurant at Fishers Loft and 2 Whales coffee shop. Just a wonderful trip!

Beautiful cottage on the ocean with the most stunning views. The cottage was very clean and our hosts were super responsive to questions we had about the area, recommendations etc. Would certainly visit again !

Fantastic location, quiet, cozy.

This was a return visit to the Red Shed - and honestly, isn't the best review that you go back again? :) It's very well located, charming inside and out, and well equipped so the stay is very comfortable. Justin is a very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended.

The view from this place is unmatched! It is so peaceful and cozy and was exactly what we needed for a week of hiking in Gros Morne. The homemade cookies were a sweet touch, and getting to know some of the local business owners was a highlight. Make sure you eat at the Merchant and catch local music at the pottery store!

Always a pleasure to have my staff from outside the area stay here. I never worry about their experience or well being as all reviews from them have been excellent.

there is not enough space to adequately describe the magic of the wheelhouse. pics dont do it justice. in addition, it has 1.5 baths not only 1, which was a huge surprise and very welcome with 6 guests including 1 kid who cant wait. in addition, host privided a lovely welcome box of essentials like hygiene products, toothpaste and bath bombs and plenty of towels. finally... despite having no tv, ample board games in house, tons of beach and trail time that kept my 6 year old super engaged and all of us off screens for a much needed reset. the hosts are very responsive and the house is among one of the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed at. added bonus were 2 adorable and super friendly dogs that were eager to go on adventures on the beach with us. thank you! this wasnt a stay... it was an experience!!

Excellent location for skidooing. Lots of parking. Lots of room in the house for 5 people. Michelle reminded us several times if there was anything we needed, just ask!

Nice and cozy home with all that needed to relax. It has a beautiful ocean view. It's kind of a small detached place under the hill with few other houses around. There is no cellular network, and wired internet is unstable in bad weather; it's your chance to go offline for a few days, which may be a good experience, actually.

Host was easy to Communicate with. The place was beautiful right in ocean, close to Lewisporte and amenities, equipped with everything needed and so much more. Highly recommend!

Amazing seaside location and a large house with many bedrooms and spaces which was perfect for our group of 7 nature photographers to recharge and rest and relax after a long week on tour. They could walk right from the house in the morning out to photographing over the ocean.

Such a beautiful 2 story air bnb near the ocean! Stayed for 2 nights with my son for a hockey tournament! My son loved the basket of chips left for him… nice touch:). Everything was tidy, clean, lots of towels and bedding, and heat was on when we arrived! Loved the location and host was wonderful! My son loved it there so much he wanted to spend another night! Will definitely book again if we are in the Bonavista area 😊

Stunning location next to water...amazing babbling brook to listen to while relaxing. Beautiful accomodations, lots of space, wicked decor, everything we could have asked for.

Beautiful cabin overlooking the ocean, I wish I could have stayed forever. Clean and quiet, well stocked kitchen. Incredible location, I recommend the Skerwink trail to everyone.

Cory’s spot is excellent - well equipped with everything you could need. Beautiful surroundings close to the ocean and a quick drive into Clarenville. The hot tub was a bonus and a great place to take in the view. Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible time. The hot tub was incredible and we could see the seals on the ice while in the hot tub. Wonderful treats that we purchased from them. The chocolate eclairs were especially fantastic as was the smoked salmon with jalapeno pepper jelly!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kyle.

We chose to spend our last few days in Newfoundland at Rebeccas place at Fort Amherst for the peace and quiet. It was lovely soaking in the hot tub at night, with a beautiful view of the harbour and city lights, as well as Cabot Tower. The neighbors were sweet and friendly, and there is a hiking trail located a few feet down the road that can take you right to Cape Spear and Petty Harbour.

Such a cozy place for a night away. Heathers place was clean and had everything we needed!

Wonderful warm welcome from Rodney’s next door neighbour who was out on his porch doing his woodworking projects when we arrived . The location was picturesque out on the balcony . The hot tub was relaxing morning and night watching the harbour life. We had beautiful walks and found a local craft shop just a walk up the road . Rodney left gifts and lots of extras around the kitchen pantry and fridge⚓️ Many thanks for a wonderful stay 😊
