Vacation rentals with a patio in New Quay

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

Phoebe and James’ flat is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The views from the flat are absolutely stunning — I couldn’t recommend it more highly! As we were packing up to leave, my son asked if we could stay in the flat forever — I think it’s fair to say he was a big fan! Phoebe and James were always super responsive and provided an incredibly helpful guide that really helped us make the most of our stay. Seriously, if you get the chance to book this place — just do it!

We had a lovely time in Llanelli. If you want to have a quick get way from the hustle and bustle, this is the right place for you to visit. 1st, Michelle’s place is perfect. Aesthetically clean and comforting. Close to everything; restaurants, costal path, beach, children’s park. We enjoyed walking a lot. The peace and quiet I cannot get enough of. I love the little terrace facing the beach, my husband and I having coffee in there and just having a quiet time listening to beach waves, birds, nature. Michelle has given us very clear and direct instructions that we did not have any problem finding the flat. We love Cattle & Co and the coffee from St Elli’s Bay. We will definitely come back. 🫶

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Great stay at Kathryn's apartment. Fantastic views from the lounge and master bedroom to the sea. Spacious and very quiet. Everything you need for kids - toys, games, kitchen bits. Kids loved playing with all the toys. Good amenities in the kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach (steps from the car park) downhill. Super comfy sofa's and living space. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Christine, very helpful and always replied promptly. The house is in a great location no matter what you want to do. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs and the house was very clean/tidy and had everyting needed to feel right at home straight away after the 10hour drive. I will definitely be in touch to stay again with my family.

We had a lovely overnight stay on the way to Swansea. The house is very cosy and warm. Nice private garden, which was great as we had our doggy with us. We walked into town and had a tasty local fish & chips for dinner.

What a little gem of a place! Can’t pick one thing that stands out as it was all first class! We are from the area originally and we will definitely be booking again when we visit Swansea. Thanks Vicky!🤗

Stayed for just one night in Anna's cottage, but would happily return! Check-in and check-out was seamless. There is no parking at the property, but there is a council carpark with cheap parking only a few minutes walk away. One bedroom is next to the road, so has some road noise, but the road is pretty quiet at night.

Parc Cottage is a really lovely place to stay. The house is very cosy and comfortable, in a peaceful location with stunning views. Lynette was a very responsive and helpful host - thank you.

Leigh’s place was really clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was in a great location for the local mountain bike trails and beaches. Our kids especially appreciated the garden. Thanks Leigh for a great place 👍

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Mélanie’s house with our four children. The home is fully equipped and very comfortable — everything we needed was there. Mélanie provided clear and helpful instructions that made settling in effortless, and communication with her was always smooth and timely. The house is ideally located, surrounded by stunning scenery and great hiking trails. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature as a family. We had the most amazing time as a family at coach house cottage. We arrived a lot later than planned and couldn’t find our cottage In the dark. A quick phone call later and we were sorted, then the friendliest just came to greet us to settle us in. My children loved the pool and the play area. The cottage was clean and cosy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We had such a relaxing weekend in the most beautiful surrounding and we already can’t wait to book again. Absolutely gorgeous setting in a peaceful beautiful part of rural Wales. Lovely to sit by the river and spot otters and birds. The apartment (1of 6 in the Mill) was comfy, warm and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and loved the cool BBQ hut. Christopher was really friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area. A great place to stay and explore this part of Wales. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Annex. Naomi was the perfect host, proactive and helpful. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a long, peaceful weekend. It's a short walk to the beach (althought the walk back up the hill is steep so pace yourself!). Gorgeous town and beaches, the fish and chips shop, and Chinese takeaway were both great! Plenty of lovely walks nearby too. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.
