Our arrival was unexpectedly complicated by my misplacing the address late one evening. However, Diannee proactive and helpful intervention ensured a smooth and stress-free check-in. Beyond the exceptional service, the Airbnb itself provided a comfortable and secure environment, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. The welcoming atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by Diannee' professionalism and the willingness to accommodate our late arrival. Great stay. the Host was very professional, understanding and helpful. The appartement is rather small but all you need is there, it's perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Quiet and safe place, ideally located with short distance by car from every amenities. I definitely recommand! thanks!

The host & co-host are responsive and incredibly helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The home is perfect for a large family getaway (we were a family of 7) or just a relaxing escape. It’s beautifully detailed, spacious, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed with a calming vibe throughout. The views are stunning both day and night, adding something special to your stay. As mentioned, the roads are Jamaican roads—but that’s all part of the experience. We felt very safe, as several safety measures are clearly in place. The home was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had basic cookware and utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals, though you’ll bring your own food as expected with most Airbnbs. The amenities provided made the stay feel comfortable, WiFi was available throughout the property. The location was peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. I highly recommend this home and would stay again!

This Airbnb is very beautiful everything is as it seems in the picture the surrounding is very nice and quiet the host is very responsive and always there to fill your needs. This is a Airbnb I would highly recommend.

Chenelle's place was home away from home. It was nice and clean, and I loved the security. The views on the 10th floor with the pool was magnificent. You just had to to be there. The concierge was nice and became familiar with us being there. Check in and out was smooth sailing. We stayed a week and we had a wonderful stay. Chenelle was quick to respond and kept in touch. I absolutely adore her and this beautiful property. Thank you again for having us. Now I just need you to get a bigger property for my girl's trip.....dwl! One love!!

Very spacious and comfortable space, had all the amenities you need. Location is also great as you have access to a few shops and restaurants, you also have 24 hr security which made the stay more comfortable. Check in was smooth and my stay was really good, had no issues. Definitely worth booking again and I would recommend!

Great place to stay in Kingston! It is as advertised and is centrally located. The host responded quickly and gave very good and clear instructions. Also, the gentleman who does the welcoming is pleasant and friendly.
