Amazing location. Very clean. Gordan was very nice and proactive. Beds are confortable. 100% recommended.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with enough equipment in the kitchen for cooking. The location is quiet and residential, but just a short walk from the fort. Walking to the city center is possible in 20 minutes or so. There's also a supermarket just a few minutes away. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, and store our bags for a few hours after check out.

Aleksandra is incredibly responsive host. My stay was hectic, but helped me out a lot! Quite place with good restaurants around.

Very central location. Easy walk to all the sights, shopping and transport hubs. Miljan met us at the apartment and gave us so much information. He was charming and helpful. The balcony was great for an early morning coffee in the sun before heading out for the day.

The host was great and the place is very comfortable and has everything you need. There is a supermarket and a few nice restaurants and cafes within a 3-5 minute walk. I would just recommend checking with the host whether the building venting system is working properly if you are staying there after flooding/heavy rains. I would definitely stay again!

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Milka was a super hostess, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and assistance. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Always happy to come back!

Everything was wonderful, perfect hosts, the house looked like the photo, everything was clean and tidy, thank you very much, highly recommended.

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

I'd love to come back there. Easy to find private parking, near the highway. Too bad we couldn't block longer Will definitely be back.

The apartment was exactly what we needed and wanted for our month stay in Belgrade. It was in a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants and coffee shops around it. There was good public transportation very close to the apartment. The shower was great with tons of hot water and great water pressure. The bedroom had a tv and great pillows. Living room couch was comfy. Lots of towels and good sheets. Two a/c units worked great. Radomir was always responsive. Lots of amenities were provided, salt, pepper , suger & coffee pods. We can recommend it highly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luka’s apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a very comfortable apartment. The location was really central, close to restaurants , bars, supermarkets and within walking distance to main attractions. Luka gave local recommendations and was very responsive to messages

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place right near the Tržni Centar Rajićeva in Belgrade. The location couldn’t be better everything was within walking distance, from different cafes and restaurants to historic sights. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. I truly loved the space and felt so comfortable during my entire stay. Communication with Ivan was easy and smooth, and everything was just as described. I definitely want to come back and stay here again highly recommended!

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

Room is not big but Radmila alrtady mentioned about that. Bed and bathroom were clean. Radmila gave her number to call if I need her then she never disturb me. Location is very good. I recommend it.
