Nice apartment, comfortable and very well decorated in which you feel at ease. You'll find all the necessary products, from dish soap to salt, pepper, etc. The apartment is very well located, near the Palais Jacques Coeur. Excellent communication with Esther who cares about the well-being of her guests and responds really quickly to requests and with a smile. If I go back to Bourges, I'll choose his apartment again. We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

Chyistelle is a great HOST who we thank for introducing us to local products and tips within walking distance of the studio. The washing machine is in the 1st floor bathroom and the dryer is in the cellar where the door to access is when entering the studio. There is a citrus press and a tea ball. Just opened next door to the restaurant GODEFROY le bouillon at the Maison de la culture with its free parking of 500 spaces. Great location close to buses and shuttles which are free.

Beautiful house surrounded by water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, several outdoor spaces allow you to sit. The children enjoyed the board games, the guided tour of the oil mill by Isabelle and her dad was very interesting. In short, a successful weekend, thank you!

A spacious and quiet home with beautiful rooms and quality amenities. The accommodation is clean. We enjoyed the exchanges with Gratiane who came for the key handover even though self-check-in is possible. A well-appointed exterior. The plus: the ping pong table for unbridled games. Excellent stay at Annelise's. The house is spacious, ideally located for a long walk in the vineyards just behind and to discover the wines of the Coteaux du Giennois, Menetou-Salon but especially Sancerre with many winemakers within walking distance or in 2-3 min by car (useful to transport crates full of bottles)

Our stay went as planned, all the guests were delighted with the place, the quiet, the outdoor space. The house offers 5 really comfortable bedrooms where everyone felt at home Virginie was always very responsive to my requests in summary I highly recommend this place thank you virginie

Very pleasant weekend at Émilie's, despite rainy weather! Emilie is very responsive and accommodating as needed. Pleasant walks on the Loire bike path nearby! On Saturday morning at the market I recommend the delicious Lebanese food truck, very nice, 👍 and end with a visit to the "come chez nous" café restaurant just across the street! Lovely boss and waitresses!

Vikki's place is amazing! The place is giga tic! Lots of room for kids to play. We were 8 adults and 5 kids and everyone had fun. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Bathrooms are also clean. And beds are comfy. This is a no brainer if you want to have family reunion!

Pleasant stay, quiet in a very well appointed accommodation that matches the description. Easy to access, parking right in front, no noise, it feels like home. Patricia hosted us wonderfully. She adapted with kindness to our professional constraints. Her place is functional, well equipped. Above all, it has an incredible setting in calm and serenity. We park in the street uphill easily and after a few dozen steps we walk down to the house that overlooks the pond and faces the forest. The terrace allows you to disconnect very quickly.

Nice place to stay that meets our expectations , self check-in and the place is secure. 50 meters from the city center. Very efficient and cordial email exchanges. For reasons we don't know, we've had access to a superior game home. 🙏🙏🙏 We really enjoyed this sales note. No problem parking, and the large parking lot is really a 2 minute walk to the property. everything is almost new, clean and reassuringly hygienic. Go with confidence.
