Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Neukölln

Das Haus hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben dort mit der ganzen Familie wunderschönen Tage verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gehoben, vor allem die Küche ist mit bestem Zubehör ausgestattet. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wie waren positiv überrascht von der Location und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Rico‘s Unterkunft. Sie war leicht zu finden und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem der Grill hat uns begeistert. Nur die tatsächliche Nähe zum Wasser ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aufgrund der Lage in einer Wohnsiedlung war der angrenzende See nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen. Da das Wetter aber eh nicht mitspielte, war das für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Gerne wieder!

Jan's Haus ist perfekt gelegen in naher Fussdistanz zu den Tram Linien, man kommt ohne Probleme ganz einfach in die Mitte. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Betten waren bequem. Kann es nur empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

The photos don't do this home justice. It's even more gorgeous in real life! A true haven in the middle of Berlin. The house was both homely and stylish, add the tranquility and ambiance and it was perfect. It's easy to travel around the city from there and shops/restaurants are not too far. Sven and Juan were amazing hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay as lovely as possible. I suspect this will be my home from home whenever I visit Berlin. Thanks again Sven/Juan your home was a true joy!

Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Charlotte, die Wohnung befindet in einer ruhigen Lage und ist gut mit dem Fahrrad und dem ÖPNV erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen netten Außensitzplatz und alles was man braucht um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit Charlotte lief auch problemlos, wir konnten uns nach ihrem Urlaub nett austauschen :) Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Vi vill tacka för fina dagar i Berlin. Underbar lägenhet där vi hade allt vi behövde för en stor familj. Mycket personlig lägenhet där vi kunde koppla av men också bli inspirerade. Trevlig värd som hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde! Har redan rekommenderat boendet till vänner!

Meget dejlig og roligt beliggende lejlighed med skøn tagterrasse. Meget fleksibel og imødekommende vært. Området er ikke så interessant, men det vidste vi på forhånd.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist sehr zentral – eine gute Gegend mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gemütlich, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimisch. Auf der großen , bequemen Couch im Wohnzimmer, hat man wunderbar entspannen können und gut schlafen können . Die Schlaf Couch im Hauptzimmer hat beim liegen etwas gequietscht – vielleicht wäre ein Austausch eine Überlegung wert, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Der Host war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, schnell und immer herzlich – man merkt, dass hier wirklich auf das Wohl der Gäste geachtet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Mooi en net appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kwamen door vertraging met de trein ruim 2 uur later aan als afgesproken, maar onderweg goed contact onderhouden met Ralf die op ons gewacht heeft. Het appartement is goed bereikbaar met zowel de U als de S bahn. Als ik 1 puntje van kritiek mag geven is dat, gezien wij eind april gebruik hebben gemaakt van het appartement, het s'morgen al vroeg licht was en op de slaapkamers geen verduisterende gordijnen hangen. Maar dit mag niet opwegen tegen al het goede van dit appartement.

Das Apartment war sehr schön gestaltet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die stilvolle Einrichtung hat sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt, in der man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach genau den Bildern.

Maik is an extremely friendly host, very flexible to arrange arrival, very reactive to requests. The room is very comfy, private, calm and the house in a peaceful environment ; my only regret is not having the proper weather to enjoy the garden and swimming pool during my short stay.

Rochus and his dog were great hosts :). The place was exactly as described. The WiFi was a little spotty in the rooms but I'd recommend the place regardless.

The house of Ole and his family is really spacious and comfortable. We, a family with three kids between 3 and 14 years old, had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was supplied - two large bathrooms, two showers, a bathtub and a washing machine made life easy for everyone. The garden is super cozy and our 3 years old had so much fun on the slides and the older kids enjoyed the trampoline while I sipped my coffee in the hammock tied to the apple tree. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook your own meals. It’s easy to reach the city center by car from the house. The closest S-bahn station is less than 10 minutes walk away. Most importantly though - Ole is a wonderful and friendly host, easy to reach and always positive. This house is a top recommendation.

ベルリン中心地にもアクセスしやすく、リモートワークも快適にできました。鳥の声がよく聞こえ、夜も静かでベッドも大きくて快適でした。オーナー親子も気さくで飾らない方なので、気を使いすぎる必要もなく自由に生活できます。猫のミントにもとても癒やされました。また会いに行きたいです。 It was easy to access the center of Berlin, and I was able to work remotely comfortably. The sound of birds was often heard, and it was very quiet at night. The bed was large and comfortable. The owner and her daughter are very friendly and down-to-earth, so I didn't have to worry about being overly formal and could live freely. I was also really comforted by their cat, Minze. I would love to visit to see them again.

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir wurden mit frischen Blumen, einer Karte und einer Flasche Sekt herzlich begrüßt. Da haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit

Die 2 Monate die ich bei Katja verbracht habe waren sehr angenehm und toll für mich. Katja sowie ihre Tochter sind total liebe Menschen und haben mich herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön ruhig und man kommt schnell und unkompliziert zur nächsten S-Bahn Station in Richtung Berlin. In dem Haus habe ich mich direkt wohl gefühlt & würde auch jedes mal wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Wir waren dort zu 8 und haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort.

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.
