Vacation rentals with a kayak in Netherlands Antilles

We rented both units Sol and Luna for our group of six. It was perfect. The pool was the ideal place on our hot days. Everything we needed was a short drive from our place (scuba gear, dining, sandy beaches). The house is nicely appointed. The cave and ocean access is amazing; nothing like it anywhere else we saw all around the northwest side of the island. Isabelle's Off The Beach had amazing food and drinks. Make reservations. So good we went twice. Highly recommend recommend renting from Remco. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

El hospedaje estuvo muy bien. El apartamento cumplió las expectativas y la atención virtual del anfitrión fue buena. Solo hubo inconvenientes al hacer check in por un malentendido del personal de limpieza, pero pudieron resolverlo en menos de 2 horas. Por lo demás, todo estuvo excelente.

Laura is a 10 star host! She greeted us with hugs and treated us like family. She and Barry were quick to respond to any of our questions, and had great suggestions on things to see and do. This is absolutely the most beautiful home with incredible views that we’ve ever stayed at!! It had plenty of room for our group of six adults, both inside and outside. The amenities, the flow of the home and the decor were perfect. If your’e looking for a great place to stay in St. Croix, look no further. This is the place!

Ivan’s place was exactly as described. Truly a gem away from the tourist areas. Place was clean and had everything we needed/wanted. We stayed outside most nights and couldn’t even tell Zeerover’s was directly next door. We used the canoes that were easy to take out with Ivan’s dock. We couldn’t even tell there was no hot water because the temperature was perfect. We will be returning to Ivan’s when we make a trip back.

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

What can I say…this was probably the best and most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed it. It was just what we needed to get our Carribean vacation started. The master bedroom was the highlight and the views of the blue waters from the windows was something we have only seen in movies. My friends, wife and I enjoyed this place immensely.

Es un sitio fabuloso permitio una reunion familiar que hace años no habiamos podido hacer. Le agradezco con todo mi corazón al anfitrion por tan excelente servicio, su respuesta inmediata permitio que nuestra estadia en este hernoso lugar fuera inolvidable, nos permitio vivir momentos unicos con mi papa de 80 años y mi mama de 75 años para que pudiera estar con sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos juntos todos en un mismo lugar, ya que vivimos fuera de Puerto Rico en diferentes paises. De nuevo muchas gracias al anfitrion y felicitaciones por tan espectacular lugar, lo recomiendo a todas las personas y familias con adultos mayores y niños, cuenta con muchas actividades que se pueden compartir en familia, sin duda volveria a escoger este lugar en una proxima ocasión más pronto de lo que creo.

The best part of staying in our particular unit was sitting out on the deck right next to the water! It was fun to use the provided kayaks and paddle to the nearby Scilla Cay. Getting them in and out of the water was difficult due to the sargassum, but I'm sure that varies. The room itself was charming, and we appreciated the provided shampoo and soap and extra towels. Based on other comments, we expected some kind of bar for snacks and happy hour, but there was nothing like that when we were there. We were glad we rented a car, because you're pretty far from everything. The closest real beach is a pretty long walk, and it's not nearly as nice as many other beaches on the island. If you walk a short distance up and over the hill, there is a small secluded sandy beach that is gorgeous, and it's kinda fun to snorkel there. There is a grocery store about 1/4 mile walk which had the basics. Nothing is open on Sundays nearby.

If you find yourself needing a place to stay on your visit to St. Croix, I can’t imagine anywhere better. Having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Every morning was incredible. Craig and Cal are so accommodating and helpful. Bonus that they include perks like kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear to use while exploring. They really went above and beyond to make this cabin, a great place to stay. I felt very safe and at home here.

Our stay at Hacienda brisas del lago was a great getaway for the whole family. It is a big house, everything was very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were very comfortable and spotless. We were able to use the kayaks, the lake and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Even during the summer heat, there is plenty of wind which makes it a very nice temperature and at night we were able to use the jacuzzi. So grateful to Ada for renting us her place and her hospitality and prompt responses! Would definitely go back.

The past reviews are accurate. We could repeat it all! Evenings on the terrace watching sunsets over the hills were delightful! We opened the glass patio doors making the terrace an expansion of the indoor space. We connected our music to their sound system. There is a/c, but we only used it in the bedroom due to cool breezes & ceiling fans inside & outside. A sun cover above half of the private, salt-water pool kept the water temp from getting too high & it helped protect us from prolonged sun exposure. Cyrille & Valerie are wonderful & treated us like family! They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, beer, water & cheese in the refrigerator & also fresh bakery bread! Cyrille is in the renovation business & Valerie has a great eye for style & comfort. We appreciated the updated & extremely clean home. Two parking spaces are right next to the home; a car is highly recommended to explore the island. We will definitely be returning & very much look forward to it!!

We had wonderful time while at Arawak Beach Club! Justin was EXTREMELY helpful prior and during our stay! He was super responsive and gave so many wonderful recommendations! Mangos was amazing! Really - everything we ate was amazing! Kens & B&Ds BBQ is a must try as well! Our cottage was perfect for the two of us. We were able to use the two burner stove for breakfast in the mornings. I LOVED drinking a cup of coffee and sitting on the swing in the mornings! SUPER peaceful with the perfect view of Scilly Cay! Shoal Bay was short 5 min drive - you can lay rent umbrella and chairs and lay on the beach, eat, drink and enjoy! The shuttle to Scilly Cay is there too! HIGHLY recommend! All of these things Justin mentioned! He really helped me plan the entire trip with his suggestions! I highly recommend staying at Arawak Beach Club! We will be back!

I cannot thank Cheryl enough for making her beautiful home available. Everything was top-notch! We were able to enjoy a peaceful vacation in a location that was the best of St Croix.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our host has a wonderful local Fiare, who greeted us and was very friendly. He was helpful with local restaurant and activity suggestions as well. We opted to have the groceries stocked and it was nice to not have to worry about breakfast the following morning. Fiare was always available to answer any questions or help with any of our needs. The snorkeling at the reef across from our villa was great! I would suggest snorkeling both sides of the reef however, the rocks on the other side are very slippery, so be careful! We also had massages on our patio and we felt very secluded and relaxed!! Overall, great villa and experience in Aruba!

Wow wow wow! My husband and I have had a fantastic week staying at Craig and Cal’s little ‘piece of paradise’… they went above and beyond in every way ( and Cal’s baking… all made with love, was such a treat 😃) From the moment we arrived to when we left, we have nothing but positivity and happy thoughts… as hosts, Craig and Cal deserve all the accolades.. the view and location is outstanding! Craig welcomed us and walked us through Cliffside-Sweet Lime Cottage when we arrived ( and outstanding cleanliness and well presented) and explained all the little touches and useful information-they both stayed in touch with us through out our vacation/holiday and were always immediately responsive! We loved waking early to sit on the deck watching the sunrise with our coffee… my only negative is that we wanted to stay longer 😂 We were already talking about returning to Sweet Lime Cottage from our very first day … a huge thank you to Craig and Cal for being ‘hosts extraordinaire’… 💖

This place is magical. So peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful! It is rustic and have the camping vibe, but with electricity, water, and what you need to cook! Having the kayaks and paddle boards was amazing! I am already planning our next trip back! We were very happy.

A wonderful puerside stay with available kayaks. The swings, beach chairs, and outdoor furniture made this space an absolute bomb. Will recommend to friends and family.

Very beautiful place. It is my partners favorite spot to wind down. I highly recommend it.

Antonio's place is a little paradise in a fishing village. the rest of the area is not great looking, but there are great fresh fish and lobster shops super close. the apt is super clean and so are the grounds around his place. You are right on the water surrounded by mangroves and docks. Lots of birds calling. One negative for me were the biting insects that left me with welts, but my husband didn't have this issue. Bug spray would have prevented this. Well worth the price because of location.
