Vacation rentals with a patio in Nervi, Genoa

Jessica is a very good host, very friendly, she always responded in time, the accommodation is in a comfortable potion for the center of Recco, a 20-minute walk from Camogli. The only note is the noise of the cars in the evening, but it does not bother you, but if you are families or people who are not accustomed on the first day it can be used to settle in. Useful to have a parking space available!

Beautifully located woth a sea view, with its own two little patios, AC, spacious rooms, antique objects, old books, this is quite a unique apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Clise to the beach and restaurants. The only shortcoming is narrow driveway, so don't bring a big car. I would also have liked more bathing and kitchen towels. All perfect otherwise.

Spacious apartment, especially appreciated the outdoor terrace. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. The apartment is very close to Recco and therefore reaching Genoa, the main destination of our stay, did not take much time, only a halfhour. The only problem was the parking, the ones near the house are at the top of a ramp, few and always occupied. More frequent to find them in the square but the climb is to be visited. Overall, however, a positive stay and the apartment is recommended.

Luisa, precise and super welcoming host. The house is very, very nice, clean and fragrant, it really felt like home. Excellent outdoor area!!!! For eating and relaxing, coffee and snacks for breakfast not written, but very welcome. Definitely worth going back to. Thank you

The description completely matches the house which includes 3 large bedrooms with two toilets and showers. The location is very suitable for visiting Cinco Terre and the surrounding area. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with lots of extras. Quiet location not far from the center of Camogli, a 10-15 minute walk away. Gaia and Vincenzo are very attentive hosts. Communication with them worked out very well. We appreciated having a parking space on the private premises. Glad to come back!

Splendid place for staying in Genova. Nice building, big appartment with everything you need. Very responsive host and co-host, gave some advices for visits and places to have a meal. I definitely recommend to stay here.

There are not enough good words to say about Carlo and Lucia, as well as their place. It was much more beautiful than the photos. We directly felt at home. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The house was spotless. The view was just out of heaven. You can spend days without getting out of the house and watching the view all day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they deserve it. It was our best Airbnb experience so far. I hope we can come back again one day. It was unforgettable. A remarkable view, comfortable apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location allows you to reach the center of Lavagna and the sea in 5 minutes; the center of Chiavari in 15 minutes. Leave the car and walk... The view is truly remarkable.

It was just super nice in the Villa Riviera! Fantastic location, everything within walking distance, so we didn't need a car at all for a week's stay. Would come back anytime. The contact was always attentive, very friendly and every request was responded to immediately. Highly recommended! *****

Friendly, helpful staff

Paolo was very nice, and we totally liked the place. The view was unique! Walking to the sea and back was too far for us with the kids. But there was a great bus connection everywhere very close by. It was almost impossible to get to the apartment and back out with our VW bus. That's why we always took the public bus, even for shopping. Which was a bit impractical to carry for 7.....But that didn't spoil the great stay.

We are a young family with two children (5 and 8 years old) and spent our Easter holidays in Rapallo. We felt very comfortable in Chiara's apartment. Everything was as in the photos and in the description and even better. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood yet quite central. There is a large supermarket nearby. And the view from the giant balcony is phenomenal!

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

Amazing place with a gorgeous view to the sea. Olga and her husband are super responsive and so welcoming. Hoping we can come back in summer to enjoy the private access to the beach and the canoes :)

Absolutely.!!! Mindblowing Carlo was every responsive and helpful 😀 No need to bring anything you will have more than what you have at your own place🙌 The house is way better than you will see in photos. Train station is so near by , makes your exploring easy. I would recommend everyone to live here Will come back here next time soon.

Sublime stay! The apartment is very ideal for a couple with a dog. It is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet with a splendid exterior that makes you want to enjoy the place and the surroundings! Close to beautiful places between greenery, waterfall and sea but the car seems essential to us to fully enjoy these assets. Federico is a gold owner, he lives above but is very discreet, available, responsive and full of good advice! We loved our stay and have nothing to complain about!
