Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες !! Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος ,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για όσους θέλουν να αποφύγουν τον όχλο της πόλης και να έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε στάθμευση. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί , διακριτικοί και με κατανόηση . Ο χώρος που βρίσκεται η πισίνα ήταν για μένα το καλύτερο μέρος του σπιτιού . Το σπίτι σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι άνεση και πολυτέλεια έχοντας ταυτόχρονα πλήρη ιδιοικότητα. Ιδανικό για παρέες που θέλουν να περάσουν όμορφα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα . Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε 😍

Eleni's place was pristine clean, cozy, decorated beatifully. The appartment had everything we needed to feel right at home! My family of 3 adults and a 4 year old kid felt comfortable and happy to be part of the village, where neighbours were super friendly. We enjoyed the authentic Greek pastries from the bakery accross the street in the morning and witnessed olive harvest season. One of the neighbours was super nice and gifted my daughter two gift bags with small toys that kept the little one entertained. The beautiful sandy beach was on two minutes drive, where there were also plenty of grocery markets, bakeries and restaurants. Eleni went further to offer flexible checkout times. Thanks Eleni for your hospitality and your care for your guests! We would love to come back, we will check out your place again next time!

Unser Aufenthalt war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch der Ausblick über die Stadt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt und ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen, wenn man nicht zu faul zum bergauf laufen ist :). Im Winter kann es etwas kühler in der Wohnung werden, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Heizmöglichkeiten, sodass man der Kälte nicht ausgesetzt ist. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und bei jeglichen Fragen gab es schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn wir einen Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki haben. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Nea Kallikratia, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the apartment's cleanliness and modern decor. The living spaces are bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.The location is simply perfect – close to the good popular beaches, local restaurants. One of the standout features was the balcony,on the ground floor where kids can play and enjoy. It was the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important as I needed to work remotely during my stay.The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Melina ist sehr freundlich, Wohnung war schön und sauber. Terrasse und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fast vor der Tür. Viele Tavernen direkt am Meer mit leckerem griechischen Essen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort nur einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen gibt, ansonsten muss man mit dem Bus zum Markt und den Geschäften fahren.

Ο χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος και ζεστός. Η περιοχή εξαιρετικά όμορφη και προσβάσιμη σε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες, με μια μικρή δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ (στενοί δρόμοι και πολλά παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα από μόνιμους κατοίκους της περιοχής). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Erste Kontakte eine Woche vor Ankunft. Sehr nett. Herzliche Begrüßung mit Schlüsselübergabe und schon einige Tipps und Erklärungen. Ein grandioser Blick bis zum Hafen und Oberstadt. Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, direkt zum zu Hause fühlen. Ruhig aber dennoch kurze Wege ins Zentrum, Hafen, Cafés... Zwischendurch noch Besichtungstipps erhalten und zu guter Letzt eine einfache Übergabe zur Abreise. Schade eigentlich... Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem ist nichts gut genug. 🙃

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

Η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετική!!!Ο χώρος όμορφος και ζεστός σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά εύκολο πάρκιγκ.Διπλα σε αστικές συγκοινωνίες και στην στάση του Μετρό.Στην γειτονιά υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια, φαρμακεία και σούπερ μάρκετ.Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πεντακάθαρο και με όλο τον εξοπλισμό.Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και πολύ φιλικός απαντούσε πολύ γρήγορα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise.
