The apartment is decorated in a relaxed way respecting good taste, providing luxury and ease of life. It is a new build (finished in 2015). The front balcony is 50 square meter, fitted with full length remote controlled tent providing shade to the table, four seats and if required also to the two chaises longues/deck chairs. The view from the balcony also includes the Acropolis and even the Saronic bay is in your eyes if you wish to mix ancient Greek history with the sea in just an eye view

Cozy modern 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with own private entrance. Located 2 minutes walk away from "Neo Faliro" train station. Close to markets, hair-dress, bakery and coffee shops. Metropolitan Hospital , Karaiskakis stadium and peace and friendship stadium are near by the apartment. Easy transportation access to Piraeus port or El. Venizelos airport by train and bus.The apartment is in a very convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Penthouse, a very bright apartment with large balconies with a nice view, where it is very cozy to spend the evenings. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant time. Nearby there is a famous shopping center with many shops, as well as supermarkets. The bus stop is 100 meters away, and the nearest metro station is a 10-15 minute walk from which you can get to the historical center of Athens in 15 minutes and to the port of Piraeus in 5 minutes. Free easy parking around the house.

The appartment( on the second floor) is situated in the center of Pireus, accessible by means of public transport, near the paved market, where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes or you can stroll around by the sea. It is also near to Pireus port and connected to the airport. It is ideal for visiting Athens or daily excursions to the islands. The appartment is spacious and bright, fully refurbished, with high ceilings and floors of black marble, lovingly decorated.

Great place to stay close to the beach. A lot of space and a very nice balcony for its price. Kitchen and everything else was very good and fully equipped. Also very close to the bus which goes straight to the city. The hostess Katerina was very friendly and helpful during our visit :)

Spacious, clean, lovely place in a fantastic location! As advertised. Walkable to bus/subway and main sites in Athens centre - Acropolis, Plaka, panathenaic stadium, gardens, agora etc. Many restaurants, coffee shops close by - a lively neighbourhood but easy to rest/find quiet being on 5th floor. Great view with beautiful large patio to enjoy with your morning coffee. Wonderful host and stay - would return for sure!

Excellent amenities at this apartment near the marina in Piraeus. I appreciated the hotel level hospitality, with a very clean minimalist space, but everything that is needed including full kitchen and washer for clothes. Fast internet and 2 TVs were welcome. The marina is beautiful, surrounded by shops, 2 pharmacies, supermarkets, coffee, and restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the Blue Line train which goes direct to the Acropolis and the Athens airport. It is a longer journey to the center of Athens (30-40 min by train, 25-40 by taxi depending on traffic) from Piraeus and you may find that this location is slightly off the beaten path if you want to do many tourist and archaeological attractions and tours. However if you want a quiet and safe area to stay in a nice building I think you will appreciate this unit.

Great out the way apartment with a nice bar around the corner serving German beer. Metro station is 3 minutes walk, €1.20 will get you to pretty much any place in the city and most of the tourist areas are walkable. Enjoyed finishing my days drinking on the balcony.

Great stay, great location The space is ideal for one person (two could also be comfortable for a few days). The bed is comfortable and, although it is in a busy area, when the windows are closed, the noise is very well insulated. In addition, it has air conditioning, which makes it possible to rest very well even on hot days. Access to the place is very easy and the process was smooth. On the last day they helped me store my suitcase until my flight time (which was in the afternoon), which was a great touch. They always responded very quickly and were very friendly at all times. The location couldn't be better: you have the subway station a few steps away, with a direct line to the airport, as well as many restaurants, terraces and tourist sites nearby.
