Very flexible with the schedule. Very good communication, always friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it's a bit far from everything, but the apartment is very cozy and super clean. Yiseth is very friendly and helpful with everything.

I had a great stay in this apartment during a work trip. The photos are totally accurate: the place is very bright, with a beautiful view that mixes the urban with nature and the green of the mountains. The apartment is modern, well-equipped (dishes, cookware, coffee maker), the beds are very comfortable and each room has air conditioning, which made everything very comfortable. The host was very friendly, always responded quickly and left a nice welcome gift for my co-worker and me. The residential complex is quiet, ideal for resting, and the wifi worked perfectly for working without problems. In addition, the location is very convenient: the concierge helps you order a taxi through a group in a messaging app and it arrives quickly. Everything in the apartment looked new and in excellent condition. Definitely a highly recommended option to stay in Neiva.

I liked the place. However, I feel that the accommodation should have WiFi, as the price is not precisely low and the mobile signal is scarce. Note that if they have Tigo, they won't have much signal, while Claro does it better. I don't know if it happened to me only, the Host apologized for this, but before a reservation I write to the Host to confirm that everything is okay and that the dates are really available, I wrote to the Host twice and replied many days later. Apparently I was on a trip, so I'm not sure if it's always the case. On the other hand, the cleanliness and order were remarkable, how nice to get to a place like that. Finally, the fans in the home are muuuuy good, in the desert it is obviously too hot, but those gadgets are very strong and allowed us to be in the home without stressing and sleeping well.

Excellent stay at Alejandra's place. The apartment has everything you need for a long, medium or short stay. With my wife we stayed for a week and it was perfect. Alejandra always answers any doubt with great kindness, I really recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying there, shared videos with my family and all agree that in Neiva we can continue to use this place.

Jaime's place was about 8 min drive from the airport and 15 min drive from the bus terminal. There is a centro comercial Único at about 8 min walking distance with several restaurants on the way there. The apartment was very spacious and prepared for long stays. The wifi worked with no interpretations.

Excelente service. Mayerli is always attentive. The only bad thing is that it is far from the shopping area.

Very comfortable apartment, three bedrooms with double beds, very comfortable. Master bedroom with private bathroom and two more bathrooms in the apartment, one with shower and the other with toilet only. A/C in every room and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Good wifi network. Good location of the complex, functional pool on the terrace, very nice. Two parking lots. It was just what we were looking for, which was to spend a few nights while enjoying the San Pedro festivities. I suggest that the landlords read well and ask about the cleaning policies when handing over the apartment so as not to pay an additional cleaning fee (100,000 COP). The cleaning company reported damage to a window that we were not responsible for, however this charge was withdrawn by Nubia. Good and quick communication with Nubia. In conclusion: Very comfortable stay, very nice apartment.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The place was clean, well located and had everything I needed to feel at home. Communication with the host was clear and quick. I enjoyed having my own space and the freedom to organize my time. It was definitely a good experience that I would repeat.
