As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

Irvan is by far the best host we've had on Airbnb. The place itself is outrageously cheap for what it is. It was clean, well-equipped and Irvan's attention to detail was amazing! We immediately felt at home 🤩 Highly recommend 💯

Vina’s place was spacious and comfortable with all the cooking amenities we needed to heat up food and make breakfast. The apartment has a lot of places to eat in the lobby as well as a small grocery store, salon, pool and small playground. During our stay, Vina was responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. Thanks, Vina!

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

The moment I saw the photos of this place, I instantly fell in love—it truly felt like home. Without hesitation, I booked it, and sure enough, when I arrived, it felt even more welcoming than I imagined. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining in. But the absolute highlight? The amazing bed with a pedic mattress—an absolute dream! The owner clearly has great taste and puts a lot of thought into every detail, making the stay incredibly comfortable. If you’re visiting Jakarta, especially around Menteng, this place is a must-stay!!!!! ❤️

Excellent place to stay, I can say the best place in Asia I’ve been, because others places where I’ve been were nice but had bad smells, in this apartment all was perfect. U have supermarket in the same building and different cafes and restaurants near. Don’t hesitate to book it if u have to stay in Jakarta.

Every corner of the unit felt pristine, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—it’s clear Soraya takes pride in creating a top-tier guest experience. What impressed us most was how this stay *exceeded expectations* for the price. Soraya’s penthouse offers incredible value—luxury that feels worth every penny. A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

It's a comfortable stay at Ozal's aparment. It's clean, convenient and fully-equiped. Ozal is thoughtful when he prepared everything which you may need: + All sockets are round --> he prepared 2 adapters with multiple cables. + There were 2 mornings (I stayed 3 nights = 3 wake-ups), I woke up at 4AM ~ 5PM because of a loud praying sound from a nearby speaker --> He prepared many earplugs. When I first saw it on the first day, I wondered why he prepared these earplugs, then I had answers on the next morning. Overall, it's a nice and convenient stay.

The best unit we can find in BSD. Location: 30 steps from AEON Mall - literally, only separated by a gate. Cleanliness is superb, spotless & everything is well organized. Didn't get to use the kitchen but it's well equipped. The Tower it self is very well maintained, lifts working properly and the staff are friendly. Huge pool area and playing ground which is great addition. The hosts, Shimon & Jaqueline are very communicative, giving clear instructions for check in & check out. the YouTube short for check in info also very helpful. Overall this is recommended 3BR apartment in BSD. Would stay here again in future. Thanks S & J 👍
