Quiet, convenient, and warm

Enjoy a stylish and central home! Beautiful apartment refurbished in 2025. Pasteur metro station, 5-min walk to Gare Montparnasse. On the 2nd floor, elevator, 50 m2, large living room, soft sofa, bedroom on courtyard, quiet, bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen from coffee machine to dishwasher. You have the entire place to yourself that I had the pleasure of decorating! Close to cafes, restaurants, gardens in a secure area, not far from the Eiffel Tower!

Apartment with Eiffel Tower view

Hi , This is my apartment with separate bedroom and queen size bed. When you return, you can admire the Eiffel Tower through the window facing the entrance. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one room making the apartment very functional and cozy. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink. Bright and quiet studio close to the Sèvres Lecourbe metro but also Pasteur and Ségur in a beautiful Parisian stone apartment. All shops nearby. 2 steps from Avenue de Breteuil and its beautiful lawns for walking or running. The studio is 20 m2 with a bathroom and separate toilet. The main room has a 140 cm double bed, an equipped kitchenette and a dining area and desk. Located on the 5th floor, overlooking the courtyard, without elevator access.

Very good location and very quiet accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming, and accommodating, we arrived early and were able to access the listing earlier.
