We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Престоят ни в дома на Теодосия беше повече от прекрасен! Мястото се намира на тиха уличка на 15 минути пеша от крайбрежната улица. Апартамента има прекрасна градина. В периода, в който бяхме отседнали цветята бяха цъфнали и ужаеше прекрасно. Апартамента е толкова одбре аранжиран, че бсеки човек би се чувствал, като у дома си. Отделено е внимание на всеки детайл. Теодосия е прекрасен хазайн. Даде ни изключително подробни и ясни иструкции, както за самия апартамент, така и за забележителности, как да се придвижим до централната част, какъв транспорт да използваме и т.н. Съдейства ни да си извикаме такси, тъй като имах проблем с приложението на Uber. Не мога да намеря толкова хубави думи думи, за да опиша престоя си както в Солун, така и в дома на Теодосия! Препоръчвам горещо мястото с две ръце!

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Fantastic place, great host very responsive and full of attentions. The apartment was very clean and very confortable even for a longer stay. The area is very busy but you dont hear any noises as the windows are facing a side street. Lot of amenities around : supermarket, coffee , ars , bakeries and 2 mins walk from the center. To recommend

Enjoyed my stay. Fantastic location, close to everything. Quiet location despite being in the centre. Host responded fast to any queries and is very friendly. The flat felt like home and had everything I needed. Very clean! I could walk to a lot of areas of interest and only five minutes walk from the sea front. I stayed towards the end of April and most of May. I would definitely go back! Jelly is a great host! She responded very quickly to any queries I had and she was going out of her way to help.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

amazing location. very neet and practical appartment. right in the center of things, but not noisy. the beds was very comfortable for all 5 of us. i highly recommend this place.

Location, location, location! The apartment is a stone’s throw from Thessaloniki’s famous white tower. Situated at the back of a residential building, it is really quiet. The apartment is small but provides everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended!

I had a great time here :) Georgios was very kind, flexible, and responsive. The location was great. It’s just a short walk from the city centre, with a supermarket nearby. The space was ideal for one person—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The balcony did not have the most amazing view, but it got fantastic sun and was a great spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this place!

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ βοηθητική , εξυπηρετικοτατη, μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε check out μία ώρα αργότερα και απάντησε γρήγορα σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις που έκανα. το διαμέρισμα, ήταν καθαρό , οι οδηγίες του check in και του checkout ήταν ξεκάθαρες. Η τιμή του ήταν λίγο ακριβότερη για το μέγεθος του διαμερίσματος και για το γεγονός πως δεν είχε μπαλκόνι, αλλά κατά τα άλλα δεν υπήρξε κανένα θέμα και δεν είχαμε κανένα παράπονο.

Jättefint boende & vi trivdes jättebra! Som Natalija säger så är det inte en överdrift att stranden ligger 100 meter från boendet☺️. Boendet var fräsch och städat, rekommenderar andra besökare detta!

Wir haben die Unterkunft als drei Freunde gebucht und hatten dadurch jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Beim Check-in wurden wir vor der Unterkunft erwartet und es hat alles super geklappt. Die Gastgeber haben uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden und uns immer weitergeholfen, wie z. B. bei der Frage, wo der nächste Supermarkt ist. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist unbeschreiblich schön. Die komplette Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war von allem genug da. Als wir die Wohnung betraten, standen Süßigkeiten und Wasser bereit. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit und den tollen Aufenthalt.
